Over all I enjoyed my stay.The rooms were modern and comfortable and I could even have prepared myself something in the microwave if I would have liked to. The area is a quit one, the parking is easy behind the hotel and the free Fellows Coffee was excellent and my arrival enjoyable. Nice experience, I will certainly visit again.

The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful. My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.

I always stay at this hotel when in Frankfurt. It is beautiful and luxurious with great location and service. This time I notice the young lady checking me in did not seem to want to upgrade my room until I mentioned it. She did after I asked but it was not the best upgrade as I have received beautiful suite upgrades before. Nevertheless I still had a great stay. Love the smoking room located at the hotel too.
