"There were cars in the parking lot with flat tires almost like they hadn’t been moved in years. Sketchy people in the premises.
The grass wasn’t even mower, pictures look nothing like the real thing "

"After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler South) in Tyler, TX in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us.
The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was very good.

"Very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Only drawback was that the entrance was on a side road and went through the parking lot of another hotel"
"The property was very quiet. The King room is quite spacious, it even had a mini booth in it.
Front Desk was quick to process checking in, the same with checkout. The young man was very courteous.
The only "bad" thing, was the floor planking, it's bubbled up. Yet, as I was not sleeping on the floor,I'm sure it's a cosmetic fix for later. The tv froze quite a bit, other than that, this establishment is well worth booking. "
"First time staying here and it was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Great location for our family. Will stay here again when back in Texas. "
"The staff was prompt when I arrived. And even when I forgot my key in the room at 3:00 a.m. they were so kind to give me a fresh one. I would recommend this place to anyone staying through the night."
"We Stayed 2 nights, the hotel was very nice and well kept. Everything was very clean, the room was very clean, also. very comfortable beds. The only slight negative, barn doors as bathroom door. They do not lock. not a real big deal but I like a locked door when I shower, lol to many psycho movies. "
"The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean.
I didn't like the wait to check in, one was at the desk when I arrived, however, when staff worker appeared, he apologized for the wait time."
"The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."
"Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast selections. It was very basic. Other than that I was very satisfied. And the beds were so comfortable. "
