Romantic Country Escape

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"Friendly hosts, Margaret and Rob, cooked up a great breakfast both mornings of our stay and provided good ideas for local dining and sightseeing. The lovely pristine little suite features a very comfortable bed, a small sitting area with very rural views (cows and sheep very close by). The only downside to this rental is its distance from amenities tho there is nice hiking in nearby Otanewainuku Park."

"This is an amazing place to stay. I have booked the place for my fiance's birthday. Kay is an amazing host. She prepared a cake and candles upon our arrival and booked a nice place for dinner and arranged for our taxi. She prepared small snacks for our afternoon, and our breakfast was great too. She is friendly and kind and caring. It was great having Billy around too. We will plan another stay soon :) Thank you Kay. "

"I was well cared for at the House with No Nails! The property is beautiful & clean, & in a gorgeous rural setting set amidst mountains, big blue skies, & farm animals. The house is an easy 25 minute drive from the Hobbiton set in Matamata, which was my plan while in this area of NZ. Highly recommended!"
