“The house was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place. Well kept and updated. ”

“Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund.”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel has been nicely renovated and was clean. The bathroom is still lacking a little. The bath tub didn't have a way to stop the water for our kiddos to take a bath. Our stay was very short or we would have inquired about a stopper or if they had anything to help. We were the last room next to an exterior entrance that you could get in with a key. Not sure if you can make this only available during certain times. The door was used a lot and into late……

“The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk completely changed the experience. The same associate/manager who handled both check-in and check-out was consistently rude and unwelcoming. We were barely acknowledged when approaching the desk, and even simple questions were met with annoyance. At check-out, I politely asked how long it would take for the incidental hold to be released, and the response was an eye……
