“The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk completely changed the experience. The same associate/manager who handled both check-in and check-out was consistently rude and unwelcoming. We were barely acknowledged when approaching the desk, and even simple questions were met with annoyance.
At check-out, I politely asked how long it would take for the incidental hold to be released, and the response was an eye……
