Onondaga Creekwalk Vacations from $271

This is a very basic hotel regardless of the Wyndham name. 3-star is a stretch. It is in a very isolated area and I did not see much in terms of restaurant/shopping in the area. Breakfast was pretty lame with inadequate staff and onle one poor staffer trying to meet everyone's needs. CHeck in staff was very indifferent and first time in my life (after thousands of nights of hotel stays) saw the front desk staff keeping a dog who was a bit jumpy. So all in all, I would avoid this hotel next time. It is fine for a low cost overnight stay as the room and hotel is clean. Bathroom and shower were clean and functional, not much to look at.

This is my favorite place to stay in Syracuse.

Room and breakfast were nice

Breakfast was ample and very generous. Grounds are lovely. Staff was very helpful BUT the rooms need updating badly. Bed was comfy and clean but kitchen and bathroom were reminiscent of a 1970’s timeshare, sorely in need of upgrading. I’m told by staff that rooms are in process of being remodeled. That’s great since aside from room, this is a really nice facility.

This is a budget hotel. Price is affordable and accommodations match price level. More of a motel feel than a hotel feel. Room was dated and smelled a bit musty.
