Fernando & Ian were amazing hosts. We really enjoyed them & their company. It's a very unique Hotel full of art & stories. Our bungalow however I found to be gloomy. The kitchen had no sponge and very watered down dish detergent. 1 plate & bowl with no paper towels or napkins. The bathroom was extremely dated with 1 tiny round mirror and really bad lighting also the sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower though. If this bungalow didn't lead to the most magical garden I would have switched properties. It's beautiful & at night if you can imagine it was even more magical!! That along with Fernando & Ian was this propertys saving grace for us. If your looking for something different this may be the stay for you.

The room was very clean, it had a musty smell when you first walked in but we was only in the room to sleep. The staff was awesome, Erwin was the best, he always went out of his way to get us what we needed or wanted. The outdoor pools were amazing, especially not having to get out of the pool to get a refill! We will be back!!

Rooms where clean but outdated and does not cool as well as you would like. Room would benefit from renovation Food was okay had a good selection Perk is that if your an adult staying in the family section you can go next door and enjoy and adult only experience including entertainment, buffets, bars, pools and beach

Excellent Staff, great service, good food wirh the excption of a few very tiny bugs in our clean clean towels evert day of our stay. Not certain of what they were and hoped that they weren't roaches. All safe when we got home... no issues.

Room smelled of mildew air ventilation needs attention.
