Listing inaccurate
The unit was listed as 4 bedroom. It’s not. It’s 3 bedrooms and one media room. A sleeper sofa is also listed and there is not one. So people in my group had to sleep on an air mattress which kept deflating. The property manager was very indifferent to the situation and insisted the unit was as advertised, which is inaccurate. They offered no alternative or partial credit for having paid for a four bedroom and only gotten a 3 bedroom.

Nice But Not Advertised Accurately
This was a really nice property but it was not without its issues. It began advertised as sleeping 12 until I complained it only slept 10. After arriving it actually sleeps 8 comfortably. I’m not sure how these places gauge how many they sleep but to me personally it needs to be an actual bed or couch bed. It did have a bonus media room with a “fold out couch” but on arrival the owner had swapped it for a regular non sleeper couch which left 3 adults with no place other than a couch to sleep. It was nice of them to offer two blow up mattresses to help out but low and behold neither held air 🙄 Now onto the resort itself. I can’t speak for the other two towers but tower B had exactly 5 handicap parking spaces which is ridiculous based on the number of seniors that visit beach areas. Maybe 20 non assigned parking spaces and overflow parking was 100 yards away (not kidding). When I tell you there are zero handicap access ramps I mean ZERO!!! Stairs everywhere, which was no issue for me but my 80 yr old mother in law can’t walk 10 flights of stairs to reach the upper pool. It was crazy and I find it hard to believe the property is in compliance for handicap laws. You should know that for $3000 dollars not one free parking space is provided. Each condo has ONE assigned space and you have to pay for that as well. Every vehicle has to pay $25 for each parking one. It was a nice resort. Staff was nice but won’t stay again

False advertisement
Me and my family were very unhappy with this stay. Place was nice but we didnt have the 4 bedrooms we paid for. Property owner claims the 4th bedroom had a sofa bed that wasn't there either. They did nothing to accommodate our shortcomings. I'd never stay at that property again nor book through VRBO.

Great views!!!
Large property with great sleeping arrangements. The view of the bay and Ono Island were fantastic. The property is very well equipped with essentials for cooking and having cocktails. There are extra beach chairs in the laundry room. Overall great place.

Beautiful Condo - Property complex needs maintenance
The condo itself was great! Perfect size for our two families (10 total). We enjoyed our amazing views from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or dolphin watching with the kids. Inside we had ample space for family game nights, dancing, and fun! The complex is perfectly located by the marina and public beach and offers a free shuttle. We spent a good majority of our time hopping between beach and pools, which there are plenty at this complex. The kids enjoyed the slides and “waterfall”. We also enjoyed floating in the lazy River. Overall I would rate the condo itself a solid 9/10! To the owners of this property, I urge you to push the need for maintenance in all of the pools. The pool area was dirty and we had asked on multiple occasions for someone to sweep and clean the garbage from the ground. Our biggest issue was with the pool right below our balcony. This pool is in desperate need of repair. There are missing and broken tiles from all of the pool walls and the “waterfall” area. All 6 of the kids with us ended up cut and scraped from the walls or floor of the pool. My husband found a string of 5 tiles that had come loose in the pool and turned them into the desk, they seemed unconcerned. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but made many observations where there were safety concerns. For the complex I would give a 6/10 rating. If visiting the area again I would give this place a try again, but would hope with some push from the owners of the building the resort would be cleaned up and better maintained.

Very nice place to stay
The condo was very nice. We will consider booking it again going forward. Central to all the amenities, parking space not a far walk from the condo, nice view of the back bay from the balcony.... I could go on and on. Great set up for sleeping arrangements for everyone on the trip and the condo is big enough to make it not feel crowded at all.
