This was just about the perfect place to rest up after our overnight trip from the US east coast to Rome. After picking up a rental car we drove about two and a half hours north to this small quiet town. All of the pictures that are already posted are very accurate. There is a very scenic sea port about three kilometres away that has several restaurants, but this town only had one that opened for dinner at 7 pm. Fortunately, it was right next to the hotel, so the overall experience was great.
There were two annoying things that bothered us during our stay. First, one of the hotel's neighbours has a large dog that barks a lot throughout the evening and early morning hours, making it difficult to sleep. The other thing was the very tiny shower, at least by American standards. Both of these issues are though to correct, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return. The owner also served a great breakfast and was very accommodating throughout our stay.
