Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room that we stayed in was extremely small- much smaller than anticipated. It was very hard to move around in. However, the location is excellent with everything close by.

perfect location! We recently stayed for one night before our cruise and loved it so much we’re coming back for two more nights after. What truly stands out is the incredible staff. Their level of customer service is top-notch! While we were checking out and leaving some bags before heading to the port, there was a difficult situation with another (very unreasonable) guest at the front desk. The way the team handled it was truly impressive—professional, calm, and composed. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who took care of it all—she was amazing at de-escalating the situation and maintaining a great atmosphere. Huge kudos to the team—your professionalism didn’t go unnoticed!

Stephanous was positively incredible. He made sure that everything flowed very smoothly from excellent food service to even going out of his ways to providing an umbrella during a short rain shower. This was a beautiful stay. Large, clean room. Lovely bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the acropolis, historical sites, metro station and local restaurants. Good central location. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would recommend for any visitor to Athens
