We checked in on Saturday, 8-1-26, immediately upon entering our room, we were hit with a terrible odor. It truly smelled like pee. Upon walking in further, there was food crumbs all over the floor. We called the front desk that instant, we asked if there was another room available as this one smelled awful, I have asthma and there was food crumbs on the floor. The front desk wasn’t happy, and said there was nothing else available but someone could come vacuum. At that point we considered, just leaving but, we decided to stay and hopefully it would get better. We went to dinner and when we came back, the room still smelled horrible but they had vacuumed, however there was still food on the floor. We spent as little time in the room as we could, and checked out well before check in time. There was nothing offered to remedy the situation so I reached out to hotels.com, the hotel never responded to them. I’m very disappointed and will never stay again.

First we were given keys to someone else’s room. Then the room that replaced the first one that we were given was finally handicapped accessible but the air conditioner was only able to go to one set temperature so it was freezing cold at 61* or off. That’s it. The master light switch also didn’t work in the room so we had to go inside and turn each light on individually instead of the light switch by the door.

Comfortable room, quiet, clean Bed was very comfortable. We had a bit of a wait checking in but it seemed as though they were short staffed. The front desk person was busy cleaning up in the pool area. She seemed quite overworked.

I appreciate how nice and clean the place was and was also happy at how accessible everything was.
