“We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars.……

“Had an absolute wonderful time! My husband and I spent three nights and four days at the historic green door home. We were both able to fully recharge and relax and were dreaming of ways to stay for longer. Only travelled from just over an hour away but It was far enough from the loud city that it was remarkable how quiet ones surroundings become. Amazing amount of amenities offered and special touches all over the house. The host thought of everything! Highly recommend and would 100% return. ……

“Great home for a long weekend ice fishing getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room area. “The cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenage boys). Everything in the listing was spot on — the property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable 7-day stay. “Great place for a family reunion. Everyone under one roof, and close to the FH amenities. ”

“We were a group of 10 high-school friends celebrating our collective 40th birthdays. This place was perfect to host us all. We had lots of space for cooking/eating, and multiple spaces to hang out. It was well equipped and we recommend. ”

“This is a great location for groups of adults. Lots of rooms -5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and good space to all gather in the open concept living/dining and kitchen area. The only downside was no backyard space as the community is still being developed and the back is an open constructions way. So if outdoor space is a priority this wouldn’t be a good option, at least until the yards are complete. On the others hand, being a new build everything is clean and new. ”

"I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas."
