It is a busy hotel. It has evidence signs of wear. The carpet in the lobby and on the 8 th floor is a safety hazard as it has areas of folds that someone can trip on. The location is convenient but the signs of wear will deter me to feturn

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We did have our maintenance team reset the home page for the televisions as a precautionary measure. Each housekeeping inspector is verifying channels do show to avoid any concerns. Thank you again for alerting us how we can be better for each and every guest.

I am a Hampton member and I stay at a lot of Hamptons, but this one is the best I have ever been to. Even my thirteen year old son was impressed. That has never happened..

I travel 4 to 5 times a month for work. I never go down for breakfast in these hotels. But breakfast here was super. The two girls worked very hard to keep stuff replenished. And the quality and cleanliness was great. I congratulate you and I am looking forward to coming back after my cruise on the 26th.

We were only there for a few hours as we had a super early flight out of MCO. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff is exceptional and we plan to return to this location when we are in the area.

Proximity to the airport and restaurants we could walk to. The good breakfasts. The tables to sit at during the day. Cleanliness of the room and public spaces. The friendliness of the staff. The Donald Duck voice by Donald who took us to the airport. No problems or complaints.

This is an excellent hotel if you have a stopover in Orlando and need a place near the airport. There are at least 5 restaurants around the area within a 5 minute walk. It feel safe! And the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport is a bonus. Shout out to Donald who drove us from the airport to the hotel!

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was professional and helpful, perfect. Except for one person at the front desk. She is slim, latina, proficient bilingual english/spanish, young woman, worked the afternoon shift, but had a terrible attitude, like the guests were an inconvenience, all while fake smiling. She rolled her eyes when I forgot my room number. Scheduling a ride back to the airport was like pulling teeth, like I was annoying her. Poor hospitality. She needs to find another type of work instead of diminishing the experience of guests at your otherwise nice hotel.

Very clean! And the airport is incredibly close and I watched planes land I didn’t hear them at all in the room. Super easy to drive to. Airport hotels aren’t my favorite, but this is worth staying at even if your doing the parks.
