We were not happy that we scheduled a shuttle for 4 am and were not told if you were 5 minutes or less late they would leave with out you. We had given our names and were there literally less than 5 minutes late and were told that the shuttle had already left and the next one would be 30 minutes at 4:30AM

The property was conveniently located near the Orlando airport with shuttle services to/from the airport which was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 plus our little doggy. This is a pet friendly hotel with a good size pool and spacious enough for the guests in addition to outdoor seating areas with tables. We stayed at other Hampton Inn locations in a studio suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa and enjoy the size room for 5 family members. Will absolutely stay again at other destinations!
