The property and all around is very nice,but i have an issue with unexpected charge even before i check out from the property,i notice it when i got hime and look at my account,i got chage $536.76 on my account,call the property and they keep saying they have issue with the billing department and ask to call back,call back couple times same answer from the hotel,,, still have issue with the billing departments.just beware of all the extra charge.thats all i can say

A lot of ants in the room. Room was never serviced properly. Other people’s trash was left in our room. AC would randomly turn off or was put on heater. We would ask for towels and towels would never come to the room. We personally had to go downstairs and ask for them. Not many food room service options available. After a park day getting home at least 10-11 only thing available would be a salad. Pizza was unavailable.

The room was nice and clean but my complaint is about there’s not a enough light for the vanity mirror the mirror have only a soft and yellow light and not a regular light on the wall for the mirror and bathroom was very small that’s why I don’t give the five star the front desk staff they all was very nice and helpful (, maybe if you don’t used makeup probably is not a problem for other people )

My wife and I had an incredible staying. It was her birthday and we could enjoy these 2 intense days. The universal studios shuttle helped a lot, the only thing is that, if you want to stay a bit longer at the park, you might need to take an Uber, or walk back to the hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access the areas.
