While the price for this hotel seemed great when making reservation, what they don’t advertise is the fact that they charge $25 per day for parking AND $25 per day for a “resort fee!” While there was a pool, I don’t know how they can charge a resort fee of any kind. So, an additional $50 per day basically. Why not just add it to the total room price up front? I hate the bait and switch! So annoying!

I arrived to my room to fine it had an odor and discovered that there was food left behind the bed. I was expecting to get another room but was told that they would send some one up to clean it. After that we did not feel the room was clean and spent maybe 1hr clean behind them. This experience was disappointing.

I HATE THIS RESORT!!! (1) I could not get the car out of the parking lot after checkout. The EXIT gate screen said I needed my room key. But I had turned it in when checking out. I had to back up, turn the car around, go back to the valet station, and they walked me through the screens needed for them to raise the gate. Why wasn't something said when I turned the room keys in? We wasted 20 minutes just getting out of the parking lot. 2) There is no way to order breakfast off a menu. There was a breakfast buffet for over $20.00 per person. Aside from that, there was a Marketplace with "Grab 'n Go". 3) For lunch, you can order off a menu only at the Pool Bar & Grill. However, the bartenders are more interested in pushing out $16 cocktails than taking an order for a $16 pizza. One bartender (Kaycin??) actually ignored us for over 15 minutes (only 6 customers were there) after we requested menus, and we had to ask the other one to help us. And that was the 2nd day in a row being ignored by Kaycin (sp?). The resort should provide adequate service from the only restaurant open for lunch. 3) The pools look serene and inviting in promotional photos. The reality is screaming kids on the water slide and splashing from water volleyball smackdowns, and noisy machinery. 4) Our room safe did not work. The pillows were soft and lumpy. That said..... 1) the staff in the Marketplace tried hard to please 2) the pool area was well maintained

Once we checked in and got to the room, we noticed the sheets had black long hair and short stubbly hair on the sheets and pillows. They moved us to an “upgraded room” which was a pool view instead of a street view. The hall way to the room and elevators wreaked of marijuana. The pool area was nice but good luck finding seats around the pool during the day. It was easy to find parking in the self parking lot, the downside was either $25/day for that or $30/day for valet. The valet parking was right next to self parking, so there was no point in that. The hotel was comparable to a Red Roof Inn. Overall, the price of the hotel and other costs were not reasonable for the condition of the hotel. Will not recommend.

The person at the service desk was very serious and not inviting, the building is outdated and the hallways look old and smell like mold, the only amenity included in the the resort fee is the pool. I would not consider this hotel in the resort category.

The Valet guys were always so cheerful and chatty! We came down for a DisneyWorld trip so this hotel was a 10min drive away for all the parks.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, and and daily service was excellent. Only minor issue, was the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress, and it kept punching up... No biggie.

The overall room was okay. It smelled very moldy and the air conditioner made such a loud noise throughout the night. I wasn’t able to sleep. I was annoyed and since it was only one day I stayed I didnt want to bother staff with changing rooms. The carpet needs to be clean it smells really bad

The room was on plaza# 4 and it had the feel of a cheap motel although we paid $170/night for 3 nights. The rooms are very outdated and not worth the price. And the room had ants. The elevator sounds like it is going to breakdown soon. The breakfast and pool were nice. The staffs were friendly but they were uncooperative when we requested a different room. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.
