Don’t even hesitate and book this hotel for your Lisbon trip! Hotel is immaculate, rooms are spacious,beautiful, huge comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help and make you welcome. I had a birthday during my stay and was surprised with a bottle of fizz and cake left in our room. Hotel is so convenient for everything and road is very quiet due to traffic restrictions on it. I’ve told everyone how good this hotel is and would love to return to it one day soon.

I liked the Nespresso machine and water bottle in room. Also a few drinks in the fridge which were included (although I don’t drink - but I enjoyed the 2 bottles of water, the Coke Zero and snickers. Not sure if they’ll bring more when they’re done I didn’t ask). Room was cleaned everyday. They forgot tissues and washcloths but brought them up when I asked. Downstairs front desk staff were attentive. Room was a good size with high ceilings. Bed was comfortable. Shower can use something a ledge or something to put things on while in the shower (bar soap, shaving cream etc). AC seemed to stop working at a certain point but they fixed it by the time I got back to the room. Really close to everything but hotel and room were quiet. Would definitely recommend and would go back to Lisbon again!
