When we arrived, nobody was inside from staff and just drunken drivers was everywhere. They smoke inside of building.
Way and yard totally dark, like a horror movie.
After calling manager arrive and promise made full refund, but when we leave they change a mind - they are screamers.

"The staff were great and the hotel room was very nice. It had a lovely view of the park across the way. I was there to attend a conference and the amenities provided for it were excellent. The hotel is easily accessible using the express train from the airport to Stockholm's Central Transport hub; just a few easily walked blocks away from the platform. This was very convenient for navigating the city. "

The coffee at breakfast was the best hotel coffee I have ever had, and the breakfast buffet seemed typical of Sweden hotels with a lot of variety. The room decor had personality and our view was lovely. Location is walkable to a transit station. Finally, the staff were personable, helpful, and responsive, especially when helping us resolve the problem of a passport left overnight. We wouldnât hesitate to stay here again."
