I think this place can be quite confusing. We could not figure out how to get to our room, we had to have someone take us to it after calling and going back to the service desk. We did enjoy how quiet it was. I was disappointed there was not a fridge in the room. The next morning we could not find the Breeze restaurant. I asked two people that work there and the 2nd person told me they do not know how to tell me to get there and to go back to the first person who didn’t tell me anything except go through the bar and down a hallway. This place is huge. I think having time to roam the place is important. We were only staying a short night. The breakfast was good! The view is beautiful! The resort itself can be tricky!

Room was dirty when arrived. I had to call the front desk to have someone come clean the floor. The bathroom was outdated and gross. The water went from warm to scalding. The water looked dirty when coming out. Will not stay here again.

We stayed in the "older" part of the lodge. First, my door wouldn't open and I had to wait for security to fix the lock. The bathroom had what appeared to be mold between the tiles. The toilet was not fixed to the ground properly and would move. The furniture was old and out dated. And the bath had a centipedes roaming around in it. Gross.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice atmosphere, nice indoor outdoor heated pool, staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for the price we payed off season.

This is not our first stay at this property. We usually stay off-season due to the crowds. The staff is always very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I have two issues with our stay. We booked a couples massage in the spa and had a few problems. First I had requested female therapists which was not honored or communicated that the request was not an option beforehand. The second and largest issue was the spa is advertised as a tranquil spot for quiet and relaxation, however, they were allowing people to walk in and out of a community pool area through the meditation room. Every time the door was opened the sunlight lit up the entire room and all the noise from the door, people talking while walking through the meditation room, and the noise from the pool, made the room a waiting room, not a room for meditation and relaxation. Groups of people in the relaxation hot tub were allowed to act like they were at the condo pool and not in an area designed for relaxation and meditation. A gentleman came into the spa for a haircut and was so loud we could hear him in the designated quiet areas fo the spa. This was not our experience during previous visits to the spa. I would not recommend this spa if you want quiet time to relax and self-reflect. The services they provide are great, but if you want a little quiet time I would not recommend this spa. One of the restaurants chose to serve a horrible buffet so they could feed 70 golfers with vouchers so no orders from the menu.

This property is old, dingy, musty, smells bad. Rotting roof on exterior of the buildings. There is very little sound proofing between the rooms, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms.

The lobby is a deceiving entrance as it’s super nice in comparison to the rest of the property. The first room we were put in had a rotting ceiling tile from the shower falling out, leaking brown water into our tub. The rooms are small, water temperature is either cold or boiling, no fridge or microwave, and all entry ways of the rooms are dirty from being connected to the outside. Parking is a nightmare and it seemed like we had a different issue with our room everyday. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms were dated in need of repair. The food at the restaurant was horrible. The scones were raw in the middle. The asparagus was old and bitter. The French onion soup was salty and un eatable. The coffee was bitter brown colored water. The Spa was over priced. They couldn’t pay me enough to stay there again.

Dated. The tub was so tiny. I can barely fit and I’m 5’2. The thermostats won’t go down a temperature no matter what I did. It was so hot the entire time. There’s black stuff hanging from the ceiling that I couldn’t identify

As soon as we checked in our door to our room broke and we got locked out. We also got connecting rooms and the doors were jammed and couldn’t be opened . Luckily, the maintenance guy was quick to fix the issue and very kind. The staff were great, the facility just needs some updates. Overall, once the door issue was fixed we were happy. The room was clean and it was nice and quiet. The view from the room was amazing .

This place was a disaster from the time we got here until we left. There was sand on the ramps, which made my gf fall down in the rain. The rooms are old, broken blinds, just all around run down with fresh paint over it. The TV stopped working and they sent a guy to fix it. It then just locked up and restarted every once in a while. The heat was either hotter than hell or none, no in between. Kids running above our room and screaming, unless we are maybe under the daycare/gym.... Tub doesn't drain while you showered. Just an all around terrible experience I'll never put myself through again.

No light above the building signage and no lighting to the building. No signs directing to buildings. Dangerous to navigate and to walk to the room. No hot water. No water in the shower. Not all electrical outlets were functional. Broken shade on the door. Signs of an aging facility. Beds were okay. View was amazing.
