“Excelente todo muy bonito y elegante por dentro, muy limpio, me encanto”

“Great place, very clean and had everything we needed!!”

“This really was an amazing VRBO rental. I was there for approximately nine days, and I have to say it had one of the most well-stocked kitchens I've ever experienced in a VRBO rental. Everything you needed for a short-term or long-term stay. The space was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the view from the balcony was nice, where you could see the mountains in the background, even though you were in the middle of Phoenix. They were also very helpful and kind when I asked for an early...

“Excellent location, comfortable bed, washer /dryer were appreciated. Terrific value”

“Overall the place was nice. Kitchen did not have any hot pads, had to use a tea towel to remove pan(s) from stove/oven. A shelf in the shower would've been nice as there is no space for toiletries on the rim of the tub. Only place to hang towels was above the toilet on the opposite side from the shower - need to put a hook on the wall next to shower to hang towel for when get out. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 adults staying for 6 nights - had to wash them (thankful there was a washer/dryer...

“The house was clean and the bedding smelled freshly washed. Parking was covered and included. It was very easily walkble parking to the apartment. The house had things like coolers and hiking sticks which was very considerate. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was huge enough to cook in with ease. The only downside was it felt like we were booming with a third party through VRBO. We couldn't figure out if this was someones home that was listed via another company, but it was odd. One of...

“It was a very clean place and exactly what was described. Definitely a great stayOnly notes:- in this unit it is park on the street only- the internet is pretty spotty and slow”

“Very great location! Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Wal”

“This is such a cute property. The beds and linens were great. The host Jay was perfectly responsive to any questions. He let us bring our dog and we really appreciated this. We were traveling for my husbands health care treatment and having his dog is very important. Overall great experience. Thank you!”

“Great place, so nice to have 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms”

“Our apartment was very nice and very conveniently located. Our host was friendly and very responsive to any of our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.”

“Great location. Comfortable room and the host is very easy to communicate with. ”

“Cozy 2-bedroom condo in fabulous location close to downtown Phoenix. We stayed here for the women’s basketball Final Four at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The Center was an easy walk downtown through a vibrant neighborhood with lots of great restaurants (Tom Wong!), bars, shops, and a museum. The condo is in an older building that is very quiet. ”

“:D”

“Great location! There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The parking was close to the apartment and it was very quiet. It has a funky loft like feeling and the large island was useful. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Our unit was clean and very comfortable. It’s also located near really good restaurants and bars. We’ll definitely return if we have to stay in Phoenix overnight again.”

“What great unit!! The property was extremely well kept and very peaceful. The owner messaged upon arrival and after a few days making sure everything was in order. The unit was clean and comfortable, the pool was very refreshing. ”

“Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but...
