“The property was adorable, the photos do not capture the quaintness and cleanliness of the home. The host was very prompt and patient with his replies to my frequent questions. He even came over to check on a simple security concern on the 1st day. (It was a super easy fix) The neighborhood is quiet- probably wouldn't walk around after dark, but felt safe overall. Very close to downtown Phoenix, a few short minutes away from the Skye Harbor Airport. I highly recommend this property.”

“The Hotel is in a nice area and seems to be renovated, the valet guys are super friendly. However, I arrived on my birthday and the front desk agent didn’t even notice. Also, on my second night there was a big water leak on the shower ceiling that made me change rooms; no upgrade was offered, but the front desk manager did take out the valet parking charges. Overall, I would have expected much more from an Autograph Collection Hotel. ”
