"This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading."

"The location of Classic Hotel is little off the centre of Osh. The hotel is clean and well maintained, front desk staff are really helpful for giving information, booking a taxi ride. The breakfast is better than he average. Will stay again if visit Osh next."

"There were a lot of issues with our stay here.
Firstly, the hotel is not at the point listed on the map, but right on the opposite edge of the city about 6km away.
On arrival, we were charged for our rooms as per their standard price, ignoring discounts applied through Hotels.com
The beds are hard and uncomfortable.
There are plug sockets hanging out of walls in rooms, crooked and not fully affixed shelves despite this being a new hotel.
Also thee was construction noise throughout the day....

"Not a bad hotel. Our coffee pot caught on fire. Nice balcony. Room change with great view after. Friendly staff and a little shop at the bottom. The pool is next to the road not exactly private. Overall I would stay again."
