"Wonderful old hotel built into the city walls. Friendly and helpful staff and upgraded room were excellent Perfectly placed for the old city centre, quay and cathedral but easily accessible by car - reduced rate at secure parking across the road."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and couldn’t fault it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was super , all based on the work of Jules Verne. The room was clean,the bed comfortable and the wifi good. There were lots of nice touches like the provision of a glass carafe of water which could be refilled from the machine in reception so reducing single use plastic waste. The hotel offer an express breakfast for people like us who want to be away early. It’s within easy walking distance of the town. The parking is secure and you can reserve a parking space. If we ever found ourselves in Biarritz again, we would definitely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. "
