Close to the forest, quiet grounds, with a 2oo-year-old oak tree next to the house, a swing for the little ones and the child in each of us. Bicycle rental 400m, bakery 800m, Edeka 1km, nearest beach 1,7km. The western edge, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, can be easily reached in 20-30 minutes by bike (6km). The path leads through one of the last primeval forests in Europe. Thanks to the rapid change of forest and sea air on the way to the beach, you will thoroughly enjoy the advantages of the stimulating climate, which is known for its invigorating and healing effects.

Einen wunderschönen gelegene Wohnung direkt am Wald

Wieder ein toller, naturnaher Urlaub!

Wir waren schon einmal da und kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder. Wer es konventioneller und blitzsauber mag, ist hier wahrscheinlich nicht am richtigen Platz, aber wer im Urlaub einen Rückzugsort mit Nähe zur Natur und Ruhe sucht, ist bestens bedient. Die Wohnung ist einfach und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der ganze Ort hat Atmosphäre, die Eiche ist prächtig, der Garten naturnah und es herrscht eine große Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist eher dunkel, dafür in den Sommermonaten erholsam kühl und man kann auch bei Regen draußen unter dem Vordach sitzen. Auch die Kommunikation ist unkompliziert, Andreas ist immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Für uns: Alles bestens, optimale Bedingungen!

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass jemand diese Unterkunft super findet. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung war aus den 60érn übrig geblieben. Für die Mücken und Spinnen? kann der Vermieter nichts aber er kann nicht behaupten, dass so viele Spinnennetze von Vormittag bis gegen 15:00 Uhr gespannt worden sind. Eine richtige Einweisung gab es auch nicht. Alles in allem nicht zu entfehlen.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nicht fancy und geleckt, aber sehr gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Vor allem sind Wohnung, Haus und Besitzer mit Abstand am sympathischsten. Danke dafür!

Wohnung wie beschrieben .Traumhaft für Naturliebhaber .Im Garten und der Eiche konnten wir Eichhörnchen ,Kleiber ,Rotschwänzchen und Zaunkönig beobachten.

Gemütliche FeWo am Rand von Prerow

Ich habe mich in der FeWo wohl gefühlt. Sie ist zwar - zumindest jetzt im Herbst - etwas dunkel, aber gemütlich und sehr schön gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fahrradverleih, Darsswald - alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Für Naturfreunde die ideale Unterkunft: zu dieser Jahreszeit hört man manchmal, wenn man im Garten sitzt, auch tagsüber die Hirsche im Darsswald röhren :) . Ein Erlebnis! Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar.

Unterkunft nicht für jedermann

Wer großen Ansprüche auf Sauberkeit, einen gepflegten Garten und guten Renovierungszustand der Fewo hat und bei Spinnen an der Decke in Panik gerät, sollte diese Unterkunft nicht buchen. Wir konnten die vielen Mängel übersehen und haben uns in dieser Unterkunft wohl gefühlt - der Preis war für Prerower Verhältnisse ja auch recht günstig. Das Frühstück im verwilderten Garten unter der großen Eiche werden wir vermissen. Die Lage des Hauses in absoluter Ruhe am Ortsrand ist toll. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Buchholz war sehr gut.

Unkonventionelle Wohnung

Gegen die Mücken kann der Vermieter nichts machen, aber es gab keinen Mückenschutz, daher mussten die Fenster Tag und Nacht geschlossen bleiben. Das Gesamtobjekt machte keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck, mit etwas Mühe könnte man mehr draus machen. Insgesamt passte der „relativ niedrige“ Preis zur Leistung, aber wir würden nicht wieder dorthin fahren.

Schöne Zeit gehabt

Wir haben sehr spontan nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, da guter Wind und Wellen angesagt waren zum surfen und sind hier fündig geworden. Obwohl wir nichtmal 24 h vorher gebucht haben und Nebensaison war, haben wir ein wunderschön vorbereitetes Appartment vorgefunden. Kommunikation und Anreise waren unkompliziert. Uns hat es gut gefallen! Vielen Dank!
