"We had a wonderful visit at the Stone Cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect respite for a few moms and their daughters between baseball games. The cottage is 30 minutes from Cooperstown Allstar Village. The cottage was very clean and the property well kept. "Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. "The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"We stayed here for a week during our Cooperstown trip. The house is 20 mins to All Star Village. The house was fantastic. Very clean, top of the line appliances, and all the necessities you need. Communication with the host was great. We even bought fishing poles and did some fishing between baseball games. Would highly recommend to any family."

"I messaged several properties last minute and luckily, I received a response from the one i knew the least about. Exploring the property and home was part of the fun, we didn’t want to leave for any meal! Very child friendly and made our experience that much more welcoming with a meet & greet horses.
