Les lits sont particulièrement confortables, ce qui garantit un excellent repos. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : accueillant, disponible, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. “I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed……

“Très bel endroit calme, spacieux et lumineux. La chambre et la salle de bain était de bonne taille. Le service excellent était excellent et le petit déjeuner relativement copieux. Le WIFI pourrait être meilleur, quoi que fonctionnel la plupart du temps. Située à distance de marche de la place de l'Amazone, on retrouve aussi quelques restaurants dans le secteur. La villa n'a pas de service de restauration, mais peut fait livrer les plats classiques. Je recommande!”
