“The room was great with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom as well as a living room. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building”

“Everything good, but at night time 9pm till midnight the loud music n noise from the Ground floor restaurant is terrible! Apartment on 1/F, feel the bang n vibration of loud music, then moving furniture after music stopped ☹️”

“Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm . He helped me a lot even buying in my train ticket. Though I was my first day in Morocco but he educated and guided me a lot about city ,attractions and went through by many things……

“The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM. House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable. The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat. They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.”

Cependant, je dois souligner quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés. Le personnel, bien que courtois, ne semblait pas toujours être à la hauteur des attentes. Lors de mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai été surpris lorsque le réceptionniste m'a demandé mon acte de mariage, malgré le fait que j'étais accompagné de mes petits enfants.……

“We stayed for one night as we were on the way for our flight through Mohammad V early morning. The place was as described on Expedia. It was clean and in great condition. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend the place to those who are looking for a place close to the airport.”

“Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good……

“Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has both variety and quality. This is definitely the hotel I’ll stay again if I come back to Casablanca. The only shortcoming could be no separate room for bath which might be an issue if you are sharing the room with friends not families. ”
