The check in was satisfactory, clean hotel and professional staff. The location stood out, conveniently located across Brussels Midi Train Station & a 10min walk to Old Town, shopping area and restaurants

Very spacious there was a heater problem but they immediately gave us a personal heater and it was wonderful!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Room was clean and staff were helpful

The hotel itself was decent and the room was generally clean. However, the shower could have been cleaner and the carpet definitely needed more attention. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and the overall experience was fine. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Overall I’m pleased with it
