Holiday Home 'Les Coquelicots Proche Mer' with Private Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Located 3 km from the center of Paimpol and the beaches, and just 200 m from a 600-hectare forest, this beautiful 130 m² detached stone house offers all the comfort and space you need for a pleasant stay near the coast.



The property features a bright, open-plan 70 m² living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen (including dishwasher and fridge/freezer), a cozy lounge with HD flat-screen TV and access to various platforms, and a veranda overlooking a landscaped, enclosed 600 m² garden and a terrace with countryside views.



There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor, one bedroom with a 180 cm bed (two identical beds joined) and an en-suite shower room with WC; upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be joined—plus a washroom with WC.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. A free private parking space is reserved for your car.



Babysitting and a shuttle from the train station are available for an extra charge. Beach towels can also be provided for an extra charge.



Pets: one dog is allowed for an extra charge (cats not accepted). Electricity is included.



Heating is available; consumption will be calculated based on the meter reading, with a daily allowance included.



Just 200 m away, a vast forest invites you for walks. Hiking and mountain biking trails are 1 km away. The GR 34 is 2.5 km away. Fishing, sailing, diving, paragliding, and golf are also nearby.
