The property is lovely and clean. However, the freeway traffic was so loud in my room I couldn’t sleep. When I asked for a different room I was told they were sold out and nothing they could do, nothing! I didn’t sleep much for a few days. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

Good location. Not the friendliest front desk. I had some issues during my stay which dampened the mood but overall still had fun. They attempted to resolve them but weren't too efficient or detail oriented. The bar was great.

He stay was very nice. The attendant at the reception desk was an excellent example of an excellent reception. He was courteous. Warm. And a very nice man.
However, some of the breakfast staff was more than friendly and nice. Others not so much. Those that were not so nice seemed annoyed that they had to work.
I realize that they’re busy. But if they can’t get it together to be pleasant maybe they should find other employment.

Thank you for your comment about your recent stay in our hotel. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning air conditioning unit in the lobby. I understand the importance of providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests and I regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. We are taking steps to address the issue. But even with our efforts it can be difficult to keep the lobby cool when both front doors are open which allows warm air to flow into the area from outside.
