5 Bedroom Luxury Gated Ocean View Home with Amenities

Awesome...Magnificent... Quite possibly one of the best values too since it can easily accommodate up to 3 families! This huge 3 story 4,300+ s.f. ocean view home built in 2007 with bedrooms on every floor is ideally located on Cinnamon beach lane in Cinnamon Beach, one of N.E. Florida's premier gated subdivisions. Includes 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, Master suite with wet bar, private balcony for each bedroom, lake views and sunsets in the back yard (directly on the lake in rear), Ocean views and sunrises in the front (ocean is across street in front), 2 fully equipped laundry rooms, 2 large flat screen TV's with cable, 2 smaller flat screen TVs in bedrooms.

Traveling with your pet? Well-behaved dogs 65 pounds or less are considered for an additional fee. Tiled outside concealed shower hidden under the stairs is perfect after a day on the beach or the two pools next door. Sleeping space for more, but currently Homeowner's Association caps overnight guests at 12 people. One garage is for guest use with additional parking in driveway for up to 5 average size vehicles total.

The Cinnamon Beach pools and clubhouse, all of which are located only one house away, include a quieter oceanfront heated pool, plus a family-friendly heated 'beach entry' pool, a 'Spray & Play' water feature play area, and a kiddie pool for tiny tots. Both pools areas have Hot Tubs as well.

Master bath has large tub with views of the ocean. Clubhouse includes a gym, pool table, game room and cafe. Walking/biking trails run throughout the subdivision which also has a golf course running through it. Beach walkover is right next door at the oceanfront pool. Phone in unit with nationwide long distance included as well as free wireless high speed internet. The home is laid out to sleep several families or enjoy the extra room!

The only downside to this property is you will not want to leave! Feel free to call or email any questions. Note: during prime summer weeks we rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

Amazing beach vacation house!!
Rent this house if you are looking for a great family vacation with the pool house next door and ocean across the street. This house is in the absolute perfect location inside of the Hammock community. No need to bring any beach/pool towels or toys, Steve has everything you need! Steve, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. The house is clean and has anything you need for a wonderful vacation. We cooked out daily at the house, the kitchen had all amenities necessary. The rooms are all spacious, extra linens, blankets, towels as needed. We will be coming back!! Thank you Steve!

Great house in a fantastic neighborhood and a beautiful part of Florida. The house had everything you could possibly need. We have rented many VRBO homes and this one was perfect! Three stories, tons of room and steps from two amazing pools and the beach. The owners were super responsive and we would highly recommend the house for the perfect family beach getaway.

We had a great stay! The house was large for multiple families, clean, close to the pools, kiddie area and beach! We enjoyed the local restaurants and visiting Flagler. Best place I have stayed in yet!
I have rented many VRBO properties for various trips and vacations and always choose to stay in Palm Coast for this particular outing. Our group was a little larger this time so we were looking for something with more room that would be comfortable for all. This house is fantastic! Super clean, super comfortable and in a gorgeous neighborhood with the ocean right across the street. Hosts are also wonderful, very attentive with excellent communication and genuinely committed to you having a great visit. I have rented some nice places and had several good experiences with VRBO; this one is now my favorite.

Perfect beach getaway
We booked this beautiful beach house for my wife's 60th birthday and it was perfect. The owners were obliging and answered any and all questions and the property was exactly as described. Altogether we had seven adults and four children ages three to six. Everybody had their own space and the dining room and kitchen area fit us all comfortably. I can't recommend this property enough. It was a weekend to remember.

What a great home and a wonderful location….only steps from the beach and 2 pools plus hot tubs. There was so much for every age level to enjoy. We had 5 teenagers and never heard those famous words…what can I do??!!! There were games to play and plenty of room to play them. The back patio was wonderful to watch the sunset from.

We all live within a 2 hour drive of Cinnamon Beach and have visited this area many times. We chose this property because we needed a place large enough to accommodate 4 couples and 1 single. The community is beautiful and the location fantastic. The home itself was superb and working with the host was seamless. The house has several large spaces for entertaining, gathering, dining and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and tools. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful luxury beach home
This beautiful home had everything we needed for our three families to enjoy a birthday month week! Very large and spacious for the 7 of us. And the cleanliness was fabulous. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Fun board games, foosball many TVs, beautiful two patio areas overlooking lake. Very short walk to the swimming pools and beach. All the goodies for the beach provided in garage. We have stayed in many VRBO's and we will definitely come back. Any questions were promptly answered by owner. The house is amazing and has everything you could need! The location of the house is great because its right next to the pools and beach access. The owners are always quick to respond if you have any issues. I would recommend water shoes for the ocean as the rocks seemed worse this year. This house will always be my first choice if we return to cinnamon beach!

WOW! What a magnificent home!
There is so much to say about this home, but let me start with LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! One door down from the Children’s Pool/Cafe and access to the adult pool and beach. We watched other families drive up to drop off family & beach supplies, then go back home to park & walk back. Not us!!! We stepped out our front door and were there! And no need to carry our supplies, as Cinnamon Beach provides a canopy/chair service. If you don’t want to take advantage of that service, the home comes with plenty of chairs, sand toys, and even a beach wagon. Sadie’s Place is extremely well-stocked with kitchen, grilling, cleaning supplies, and personal products. We didn’t want for anything! 2 washer/dryers, 3 kitchens (including a complete outdoor kitchen), & microwave/mini-frig in the Master BR. A garage is also provided for use. The furnishings are top-notch and tasteful, the mattresses are comfortable, and the home includes state-of-the-art electronics and Wi-FI. We also enjoyed views of the serene lake from our 3 rear balconies and lovely backyard landscaping. A Fitness Room is also available at the Clubhouse. Steve & Tammy were wonderful to work with and responded to my emails promptly. All-in-all, you cannot go wrong with this home! I highly recommend Sadie’s Place!

We were extremely disappointed with the beach. Hugh rocks in the water made entering dangerous! The home was very nice, but we had issues with the ice maker and the tv in the family room. The shower in the master bath has low water pressure.

Multi family perfect!
My husband and I rent a beach house each year and invite our grown children and grandkids to come stay. Over the years we’ve learned we like access to a pool and the beach (we don’t want to carry all our stuff a long distance) and this house provide both and some. Each family was able to have their own space/privacy when needed and then you had a very nice open concept in main living/kitchen to cook and have dinners together. The house is stocked with everything you needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the beach. We did not expect it to be coquina shells (very little sand) and lots of large coquina shell formations at the shoreline making it difficult to enjoy the ocean. Kids could not boggy board or go in above their ankles. With that being said if your not that much into swimming in the ocean this house is perfect! The two pools are plenty and the grandkids loved the splash pad area. The two game rooms were nice to have for days when you couldn’t enjoy the outdoors. And the cafe didn’t disappoint, nice cocktails, chicken strips and ice cream! Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway
Cannot say enough good things about our stay! Our group consisted of 3 families with young kids and we had everything we needed while we were there. There were plenty of sleeping options for each family, lots of extra pillows and blankets and the kids loved the bunk beds. The arcade games and foosball table in the basement were fun and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. One of our favorite things about the house was the location. We were one house over from both pools and super close to two points of beach access which made our days so easy to switch from the beach to the pool when the kids were ready or to run back to the house for lunch. The hosts were great communicators and made sure that we were well set up before our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful gated community
Our family enjoyed a wonderful reunion in this gorgeous home. The property was very clean and so thoughtfully and completely well stocked, especially the kitchen . The owners are very responsive and helpful. The location right across from the beach and clubhouse/pool was ideal. The community is beautiful too. Only suggestions to owners would be get a lower bed in 3rd floor king room - it is hard to get into because it's so high.
