At one point we realized we had forgotten a lightning cable and I asked if they had an extra. They said they would check and bring it to the room. It took a long time — but they came with a brand new one. They had gone out to buy a brand new one. The riad is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Amine was so helpful, answered any time i called. This riad is a little different in that you get the whole establishment to yourself. Amine checks you in and out, and thats it, but totally available for anything in between. "Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless.
They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful.
However…..
Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered.
It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"This villa was nice at first but after dinner on the first night it all went wrong the food was bad and we left most of it and complained and from then the staff treated us like pests. The villa needs a really good deep clean it was dirty don't waste your money here they is a lot more places to go."
