Someone should inspect this property. Even for the Expedia price it’s horrible to charge. Even my extended family booked this property for Mother’s Day weekend in Palm Springs.. Big Mistake. Upgrades and paint, general cleanup needed. Entering my room with my daughter and it was filthy with literal leaves & debris all over laminate floors, couldn’t get in. Was told I got the room in error. My other members had dirty carpeting, grease stains and carpet so thin it looked as if theyd never changed in years. Sliding glass doors were dirty and scratched. We were all offered other rooms, but we had young ones with us and declined to take chances on more rooms and checked out immediately. We asked fir refunds but were told the reversal process could be started but because we booked
thru 3rd party like Expedia, our monies could not be returned for several days😟 A $ hold was put on our cards at the checkin for rooms we never used & locked down some of our cards. I saw I would not be charged until I arrived at the property but unpin check in, I was told 1 day had already been charged in adv😟The cust service on property were nice folks and offered waters ti our families abs expressed they could understand why were were upset.. we all drive from out of town with families.. we had to sit and search for us all to have new places to stay. We are Wyndham owners and Days inn Palm Springs is also a part of that partnership😡We hope to be refunded soon😌
