Front desk staff were less than forthcoming with keeping us informed about what was going on, to the point of being somewhat dishonest. Disappointing. I've stayed at xyz several times in recent years. This is the first time I've considered going elsewhere.”

“2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty! Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!! Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!”
