Staff, particularly Francesco was very good. He took care of our every need. The property needs to be refreshed. It was clean but the condition of things like the walls, elevator, ceilings need updating/attention. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good. Included breakfast was good albeit slow in coming. Overall doable, but definitely not a luxury experience by any stretch of the imagination.
