Staff helped with parking upon arrival which was helpful. Not a good looking hotel but clean and super convenient to visit Pamukkale (across from Lower gate). View of Pamukkale from the hotel breakfast area is amazing. You don’t need to look for a better place to stay to visit Pamukkale as it is not a place with good hotels and just need to stay one night to visit Pamukkale. It was just disappointing that there is no laundry which is different from what Expedia describes.

Very good location, located right in front of the travertines, can enter and head up. Close to good restaurants. They will let you park in front of the hotel and also leave your luggage until you have to leave. Room and bathroom are a bit dated but if youre staying just a night in order to go to the attractions, its perfect.

First of all a big applaud for Mr. Ali who greeted us right from pre arrival phone enquirers and provided very useful information about how to get there, how to visit the Travertine. Property is at the south entrance of Travertine. It has panoramic breakfast hall with view of Travertine. Enjoy watching balloon flights while eating breakfast.
