Excellent visit to rosemary beach!
This was our first time to rosemary beach and will definitely not be our last!! We absolutely loved our stay. The carriage house was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Our boys loved staying in the bunk room. Very close to the beach, pool, and Main Street! We will be back!!

Excellent location, great stay
My family of 4 (two adults, two elementary aged kids) really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The amenities in Rosemary Beach are top notch. The house is not large, but fit our family of four well and hit all the things we needed: full kitchen, washer/dryer, bunk room.

Great Stay!
The carriage house was perfect for our vacation! The location couldn’t have been better. I was shocked how close to the town square and beach we actually were. The house itself had everything we needed and was just enough space. Would definitely stay again!

Rosemary Beach Honeymoon
The property was accessible early when we landed, exceptionally clean and the host was overly friendly! We could not have been happier with the quaint studio for our honeymoon. Great location to the beach and downtown, well organized and lots of great recommendations!

Great location!
This place was perfect for our small family. It was a very short walk to the beach, and also very close to the shops/restaurants and the heated pool. I was a little worried about parking but we didn’t have much trouble finding a spot and we didn’t have to use our car much.

The property owners were actually staying in the big house while we were there and they were both so kind 🥰 the house is in a great location close to walkover E and near the Coquina pool. The Bunk beds in a separate room are perfect for young kids. Great stay!! The

Excellent Value in a Prime Location
To be able to walk to the ocean and stay in prime Rosemary Beach for this price is pretty darn incredible. The property is larger than photographed, and the hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. We felt grateful that this option exists. Would def stay here again.

Amazing location- 2 minute walk to the beach and so close to shops and restaurants! Very clean place, perfect size for a couple or small family. Has all of the necessary amenities and then some. Will definitely be back!

Great location
Great location and communication with property manager. It was only lacking in cleanliness: dirty walls, very dusty fans and light fixtures. Dirty dishes put back on shelves. Thankfully, we washed all dishes and silverware before use.

The location was amazing! The property manager had great communication. I know this sounds silly, but the water pressure in the shower was awesome; it felt great to rinse off after a day at the beach! The place is small but literally has everything you need(washer/dryer, place to hang your clothes, benches to put your luggage on, etc.). I think it could use some sprucing up. The kitchen sink was not so clean as well as the glass in the shower, and we had an issue with the garbage disposal working at first. The soap, shampoo, conditioner did not look fresh/new; there were multiples that looked like they had been collected and put in a basket. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed last summer (somehow this didn’t get written then), but we had an awesome time and a great stay. It’s a cozy stay for our family of four, but loved it and even made friends with a granddaughter in the main house. A great Rosemary stay.

Very clean property with just the right amenities for a low-maintenance couple. Used the bunk room as a dressing room, but suitable for small kids. Short walk to beach and great town restaurants. Definitely recommend renting bikes to explore and get around. Would book again. Host very responsive.

Nice property and location. Only times I would improve: *WiFi is spotty at best; *TV is not a smart TV, so you have no access to streaming. There was an Apple player but no instructions on how to work; *Dryer desperately needs a new belt as the screaming sound it makes until it gets heated up will run you out of the apt. This carriage house was fantastic. It was very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, ocean, and pools. There was a nice little welcome package with some supplies and snacks. Compared to other places in the area, there was great storage for clothes and all of the beds/furniture were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Carriage House
Extremely well located. Very well equipped. Clean and cheerful. Its just right for 1 to 4 people. The parking issue is a bit of a hassle. I avoided moving my car as spaces were not convenient or available on street. Front door lock is a nuisance but I got the hang after a few days. It should be replaced. I was very comfy. Good ice maker in freezer. I'd recommend.

Overall good location
This property was in an excellent location in Rosemary. Very close to the beach and all restaurants and Town Square. Otherwise we were pretty underwhelmed compared to other carriage houses we have stayed in over many years since first visiting Rosemary. It is dated and needs some updates. The beds are comfortable however the linens didn’t seem clean and nice, very worn. The bathroom and kitchen are lacking supplies and need updated as well. Not sure we would choose to stay in this house again although the property manager was great and easy to work with and we had a nice stay once I cleaned bed linens and a few things myself.

This carriage house is so well-designed and perfect for our long weekend as a family of 3. I loved that the kitchen was full-sized, the bathroom was generous, and the bunk room was closed off, creating a separate and private sleeping space for our toddler. The property was so clean, and the location was perfect - about a two-minute walk into the town center of Rosemary Beach and a one-minute walk to the closest beach walkover. The property had plenty of "starters" on-site (toilet paper, soap, detergent, etc.) to get through a long weekend, and a thoughtful welcome bag. There was only one wine glass on site and the kitchen was furnished with just enough pans for what you need and nothing more, so if you're into cooking and wine and plan to take advantage of the full-sized kitchen, you may want to bring some supplies. Absolutely loved this place and would stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay here. The location is top-notch - close to everything! Within short walking distance to beach, pools, and shops and restaurants - close enough so that if you’re at any of those places and realize you’ve forgotten something at the house, it’s no big deal to walk back real quick. We rode bikes (2 adults and our 13 and 7 year old sons) down the street for donuts, to pick up dinner, get ice cream, and out to The Hub. You can’t see the ocean from the house, but it really doesn’t matter because the neighborhood/area is so beautiful - I can’t say enough great things about the location! Would definitely rent again!

So close to the beach!
This cottage is situated perfectly between town center, beach access, and Caliza pool. It’s quiet, clean, and exactly what we needed for a getaway with our two boys. The bunk room provided a room for the kids so they could go to bed early, and the loft like space was perfect for us. The cottage has space to sit on the deck and also access to bikes. Honestly, having the washer/dryer in the space was the best part too! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a quick walk to the beach access (seriously, maybe a minute or less?) and also a quick walk to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! The kids, my husband and I had a blast!

This property was amazing. The location to the beach, neighborhood pool and town center was just steps away. The setup is great for two adults or a family of four. There’s a full size kitchen, bath and washer and dryer. Parking was easy. Will definitely return!
