Amazing Vacay
This property is beautiful and perfect located a short distance from the beach and restaurants/stores. The pictures dont quite capture the beauty if this place. We will definitely bbe hack!

Beautiful house, great stay
Our group of nine really enjoyed this house. The house was clean and well designed. We especially liked the large bunk room on the top floor, perfect for my daughter and her friends, and the living room and dining table on the first floor was a comfortable spot for everyone to gather. The beach shuttle is fun to ride and we used the provided bikes to tour both Alys and Rosemary beach.

Amazing stay!
Choose Rosemary Beach for a family vacation/birthday, it was the perfect choice! Everyone loved the house and location. Great memories were made and we were so sad to leave. We will be back!

Amazing Spring Break Week!
We had the absolute best week staying at this gorgeous home. We were two families traveling together and were a total of 8 people (4 adults and 4 teens) and this house could not have been any more perfect. The house itself is beautiful and so perfectly furnished. There's not one thing I could think of that was not in the house -- from the kitchen to the bathrooms to plenty of laundry pods for the washing machine. Tina, our host, was so responsive to all our questions and even let us check in early! The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved having our own floor to ourselves! We enjoyed the games that were in the house and the bikes to ride around. The location was excellent and we loved being able to walk/bike ride everywhere. There is no question that we will be back to 30A and to this house in particular.

Lovely Seacrest Beach property
This is a lovely property in the beautiful community of Seacrest Beach. The pictures capture the colors, cleanliness, and openness of the house very well. What you can’t see in the pictures is how well-stocked the kitchen is (with any appliance/cooking equipment you might need!) or how comfortable the living space is. The master bedroom was roomy with a large walk-in closet with an ample number of hangers (we stayed for a month and had a lot of clothes to hang, so we “borrowed” hangers from other bedrooms). The master bath is lovely, with a large shower. The one thing that seemed to be missing was towel bars for our bath towels. We bought suction hooks and attached them to the glass shower wall, and that worked great. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, and there were several beach towels, too. We ran out of propane in the nice, newer grill the second time we used it. The property team quickly responded to change it out. We enjoyed using the bikes to explore the area. The bikes were in just ok condition. It would have been nice if one of the bikes had a basket, as there are plenty of shops (and a farmers market on Sundays) nearby. It is a short walk to the beach and pool, although the pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub.

Just relax
Had such a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful and perfect location to everything. Our host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to questions we had. Weather was perfect with a chill in the air. Love to come back when it’s warmer to use the awesome pool.

Perfect fall break!
The home was perfect for our group of two moms and seven kids...the bunk room was AWESOME! The location is great, and the house had everything we needed (except a pizza cutter...but maybe we just couldn't find it!? Lol)! We biked everywhere, and had the best time.

Great place on 30A to stay
I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a house on 30A and/or Seacrest. It is in a very quiet location. House is very clean and big and has everything you need. We had 5 teenage boys and the upstairs bunk room was perfect - it even has 2 bathrooms! Seacrest is sandwiched between Rosemary and Alys beaches, so between the 3 locations you are not without any options for food or shopping. House comes with 6 bikes, which was perfect for us and owners put us in touch with bike vendor to rent more. Owners were so accommodating and responsive. Definitely worth staying here!

Weekend Getaway
Our weekend at the beach was great. The homeowners were, from the first question to the last, very quick to respond. The house was extremely comfortable. There was nothing, from toiletries to kitchen supplies, that we needed and didn't easily find.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The perfect girls weekend! Tina & Ray were easy to contact if we had issues and were quick to fix them. The house is so charming and in a great location! We loved being able to use the tram to the beach (tram driver Ashley was amazing)! Perfect location in relation to Rosemary. Overall, we had the best weekend!

The best time!
It was our first time to Rosemary and everything was wonderful. The house is gorgeous and so spacious! The neighborhood is beautiful, along with the beach. We had such a great time. The only recommendation I would suggest is adding a few full-length mirrors in the house and a towel hook or two in the master bathroom. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay!

Amazing Stay & Perfect Location
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful beach home! The house is fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable & there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We loved having the amenities of Seacrest, the tram service to the beach was great. We really appreciated having a fully stocked beach closet too - there were chairs, beach toys, floats, and a cooler. Overall it was an amazing stay & couldn’t recommend this house more. Ray & Tina were excellent hosts!

July 4th visit
Awesome stay with immediate family. Only 5 of us so we were able to spread out. The beach was expectantly crowded and so we visited Inlet Beach a couple of times. The bikes were a very nice feature. The pool was busy as well, but we found room in the water. The home is beautiful and located well within walking distance of all the places one would want to visit. Beautiful home and the instructions by the host were on point. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Not for a large group!!!
For a house that states it sleeps 14, there were only 7 dining chairs and 4 barstools, made having a meal as a family impossible. Not a full set of measuring cups, dishwasher didn’t clean worth 2 squats, tv in the living room extremely difficult to figure out. Master bedroom fan squeaks (very difficult to sleep through), none of the bedrooms had a dresser to unpack into! None of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor or the bunk room all the way upstairs. The additional rooms on floor 2 where my parents were staying in one room and my mother in law the other, again no dressers or even enough room to open their suitcase unless it was on the bed. Not a single towel hook anywhere!! Between bath towels and beach towels for “14 guests” where are we to hang towels?! The home is well decorated very esthetically pleasing but it def does not out weigh the inconveniences. Also please note when it states a tram runs, it does between 9am and 5 pm and they close for lunch from 1-2 and if there is a threat of rain it does not run! Def misleading.

Look at all of the great reviews! Please note this renter did not lock the bikes / one was taken. They will have to take responsibility of paying $425.00 to our bike rental company for the bike, and are disgruntled!

What a great beach house for our 7 ladies kicking off the summer on 30A. Ray and Tina were extremely attentive to all of our needs and have a notebook in the house that give helpful hints to help enhance your stay in the Seacrest area. We enjoyed the comfortable living room/kitchen area. Having four bikes available at the house and many beach towels add to a great stay in their lovely home.

Rain or dry…
We had a wet spring break which gave us a unique perspective on this property and in one word - Ideal! Lots of hours indoors led to lots of games, tv and family time which the house made simple with all the space. The bikes were perfect during the break from the rain. And during storms we were an easy walk to the beach to see the most amazing views. The best part of this property is the fast effective communication with the property manager. Everything we needed was included or was quickly answered. Can’t wait to be back for better weather.

Would recommend - nice & updated.
The property was clean and updated and in a good location. The walk to the beach was not too bad. There is only one entry to Seacrest beach and stairs to access the beach (like much of Rosemary.) The home itself was very well maintained and very clean. Would certainly recommend to a friend or family to stay there. The kids loved the bunk room upstairs (which sleeps 6 and has two full bathrooms). Having bikes on site was a huge help and a nice amenity.
