Great find in a great place!
First of all, the house is much larger than it looks in the outside picture. The beds were so comfortable, and the living/dining space downstairs had plenty of room for everybody. We used the grill in the back and made good use of the kitchen. Finally, the community lagoon pool is huge and close, and the beach is within walking distance across 30A. This was a great find in a great neighborhood! Tips: Check the bikes early if you plan to use them. The property manager will air up the tires if needed. And if you’re going to want beach chairs and umbrella, reserve them through the association’s provider before you arrive.

Bliss by the sea!
Alice was a terrific host! The check in process was a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials we needed and linens were so fresh. Kids had a great time at the beach!

We had problems with ants which they did drop off some things to help but only helped some. Ants in kids beds. Cleanliness of couch cover and bed quilts all had stains. But the owner was extremely helpful, loved the neighborhood and location

Thank you for your stay and review, Christine. Since this is Florida, there are, unfortunately bugs. We did call right away for pest service to come back out but due to the holiday weekend, they couldn’t get there and so we brought spray and baits, however, when you left, there was open food all over the house, including beds, and the kitchen counters were covered in jelly, syrup, and ice cream. This will attract bugs. The bedspreads and couch cover are washed between guests, but again, there was food all over them at departure. Some issues were had
The house upon arrival was a very nice looking place. Ants crawling all over front porch and bikes tied up in front with rusted looking chains. After a few minutes of walking around on the inside of the house, the bottoms of our feet were black. The first night we had the smoke detector erroneously going off keeping us awake. They have golf carts that will come to the street corners and pick you up to drive you to the drop off spot to walk to the beach. The drop off spot leads you to the 40 yard walk to get to the stairs to go down to the beach. When you get down there, you aren’t allowed to set up wherever you want. There are a ton of the 2 chairs and an umbrella service you pay a ridiculous amount for either an AM beach time or a PM beach time. Have fun with that. Next best option was the fabulous looking pool area within the neighborhood. First day we went, nobody bothered us and the family and friends had a great time. Next day, we went to the pool and for 10 minutes of every hour, our kids had to get out of the pool for “adult swim.” It wasn’t optional, the life guards walked around adamantly demanding every kid (even a baby) was out of the pool until he blew the whistle. We couldn’t throw a pool football, or use water balloons, or have any drinks on the side of the pool except water. So many rules that I told my wife we would never come back to this neighborhood again. 3rd night found a huge live roach in the master bedroom.

Thanks for your stay and review, Leah. I’m sorry that you didn’t reach out to me with any concerns while you were there, or I would have addressed them immediately. The smoke alarm was all you reached out about and it was changed the morning that I received your message. Our housekeeping team thoroughly mops with a cleaner/disinfectant after each guest. Perhaps you had been outside barefoot? This is Florida , and with that comes bugs, even with monthly pest control services. 30A is a very popular area and Seacrest is a top destination neighborhood. As such, the HOA is trying to make space and accommodate all guests and crowd control. I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay, but do wish that you had asked me for help- I would gladly have given it to you. Thanks again, Alice property manager

Fun girls trip!
Loved the house and the ease of the trolley! Pool was awesome! House had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. We had 8 adult ladies and beds were great. Wish the living room had comfortable seating for 8. Can really only seat 5 for movies and hanging out comfortably. I suggest 2 more swivel chairs like they have!! Bikes were fun also!

Great family spot
This was a great home to gather in such a convenient location. Tastefully decorated well stocked and clean. Biking and walking around was enjoyable. The private beach is a little small so expect it to be crowded . The pool area was nice as well.

We had such a great time in FL! Excellent location-walk to beach, stores, pool. House was beautifully appointed and had everything you think you might need. Bikes were a plus! Quick Beach getaway
The house is very clean, nicely decorated on a quiet street. Alice is a very responsive host. We had a problem with a bike and it was fixed immediately! The property is easy to book because they do partial week.

Great fall break trip!

Great Location
We planned a small friend reunion in Seacrest Beach to celebrate a 30th birthday. The location of the house was perfect - just a few minute walk to the amazing, community pool! Alice was very responsive with any questions I had leading up to the trip. The house was clean, decorated SO cute, and had more than enough space for all of us! Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, has everything you need. Most other properties in the neighborhood seem to provide bikes so maybe they could add a few but overall a fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend.

great stay in Seacrest
The property itself was better than advertised. We only had two adults as two others had to cancel but could easily had more. The house so well equipped we lacked of nothing although pepper was a bit low. Overall we loved the house and it was perfect for the two of us. The Kitchen was well stocked and the grill was perfect for a Ribeye, grilled onions, shrimp and asparagus. Yum! Most impressive was Alice the property manager. She was amazing and answered any questions in minutes. We had rented through Vacasa in the past and would never use them again. If returning to the panhandle I would ask Alice what other properties she manages and narrow the list to those. We were surprised by how crowded the Seacreast beach was. We could not get a rental umbrella the first day so brought our own chairs and umbrella but by 8 AM there was little space to encamp. The surrounding beaches were far less crowded but we could not go to them as we were surprised to learn the beaches in FL were all private.

Hi Michael! Thanks for your really great review! I will make sure to add pepper to the kitchen! I hope that you’ll become a yearly repeat guest- we’d love to have you. The area has just gone crazy the past few years with guests coming to visit. Next time, try Orange access at inlet beach- it’s about a 5 minute drive to a good sized public beach. We love it because there’s a really cool artificial reef about 150 yards offshore. It’s really great to snorkel! Another amazing time to come down is October- it’s still warm enough to swim and it’s less crowded than spring break time!
