Nice place
Had a great spring break. One disappointing thing was the boardwalk was closed that takes you from the pool to the ocean. There were people working on it all week so I’m sure it will be fixed soon. Until than you have to walk around schooners to get to the ocean. It’s still super close. We loved the sunsets off the balcony. Definitely a wonderful location away from the very busy area of Panama City beach. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay & Just Renovated!
Booked this unit for a short stay with my daughter for spring break. I was VERY surprised when we walked in and saw the unit had been renovated! For a one bedroom, the unit was very spacious, and the views from the balcony were amazing. The VERY short walk to the beach chairs was one of my favorite parts as were the very fast elevators. Having Schooners right next door was perfect as we didn't have to leave the condo to eat out! Working with Kiesh was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive to texts and calls. He really wanted to make sure we had an wonderful trip. I 100% recommend booking his condo. We will definitely be back!

Great long weekend
My family visited over a long weekend during the kids’ Spring Break. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, swim at the heated pool when the weather changed, cook meals when we felt like it, and close by restaurants when we didn’t, and comfortably sleep all four of us. The owner was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property.

~Sun is always shining in PCB~
5th floor is super convenient to beach and parking! Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Property owner was super nice and responsive to any questions. Check in and out is a breeze and I love not having to carry a key. Would stay again!! :)

This condo was amazing! It had everything we needed. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect fit for us. The boys loved the bunk beds and the master bed was very comfortable. We truly had a wonderful time.

First time to Panama City, loved the condo! Super clean and great location! Everything you need is within a couple miles. Schooners next door is a treat in & of itself! Weather wasn’t the greatest but lots of other things to do!

The condo was so clean and it was very nice, it had everything you would need( shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, etc. I enjoyed staying there for 14 days and Kash was very helpful too, he gave me all the information I needed to get into the parking garage and the room. I’m 76 years old- been trying to get to Florida since September. I broke my leg & had to go with a walker. The condo was perfect for me. Thanks for having the foot stool - I could not have been able to get on bed with out it!! My entire family was there for Christmas. I hope to get to go again- great condo.

Great location for vacationing!
Enjoyed cleanliness of room, bunk beds with TV for bottom bed, which is nice if you are planning on bringing children. Next door to Schooners and just minutes from several other of our favorite places to eat! Manager/owner was very friendly and helpful with check in process and we checked in late. Will stay again.

The manager of the property was awesome to work with. If I needed anything, he tried to accommodate. They were pressure washing the building when we were checking in, so we were getting wet while checking in, not the property manager's fault, though. I would definitely stay here again!

A few tiny things, but great place to stay!
Overall, this was a great place to stay. The elevators were super fast, so no waiting. The view was amazing. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were very stiff and lumpy. You will want to bring your own pillow for sure. Just steps from the beach. Large TV. It is cuter in person than in the pictures. We loved having Schooners next door for lunch. The only things we could complain about were the pillows and the fact that it could have been cleaned a little better before we arrived. It wasn’t bad or anything, but there were long dark hairs in the bathroom floor that didn’t belong to me. I also think it needs to provide a few more towels if I’m just being super picky. The master is on the hall side and not the ocean side, so I was worried about early morning noise, but it was very quiet and I really appreciated that! I would stay here again. 😊

This trip was perfect from the booking process all the way to checking out. Keish was very informative before checking in and his condo was extremely nice. He literally had everything we needed, from beach chairs and umbrellas to salt and pepper shakers to even spray in the bathrooms. He literally thought of everything anyone could need!! The bed was literally the best bed I had ever slept on, kids all said the bunks and pull out bed in the couch was extremely comfortable too. Of course not everything in life is perfect so if I had to find a con it would have to be the lighting, there were light bulbs blown in the kitchen, dining area and in the living room. Also, the tv service wasn’t the greatest at all. Not a deal breaker, we didn’t watch it much except at night before bed. Other than those couple things this place was perfect for our family vacation!! I would highly recommend this condo or at least booking one of Keish’s condos!!!
