Beautiful home, Great location
Beautiful home with lots of space! The location was perfect for our family. Very close to beach access point, across street from playground, and easy walk to tennis courts. Most private pools in Rosemary are very small but this one is a little larger than most. My toddler and teenagers used the house pool every day. Living/kitchen is on the third floor with a great porch to enjoy at night. There is an elevator which makes it easy to get your groceries to third floor. Bikes included too! Love this house!

The Best!
We had the most incredible family vacation at this home . The entertaining space was amazing .. The kitchen beyond perfect for large groups .. and perfect for our private Chef from Blue Magnolia !! We played card games , enjoyed all the bikes and beach toys, just at the end of our boardwalk .. literally ! We walked easily into town and biked to the gym … and drove easily to nearby 30A towns .. it was perfect and will be back !

Perfect Family Vacation
This was a trip for our family of a lifetime and this house did not disappoint! The best part was stepping outside the front door and walking down the path straight to the beach! Perfect location. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of beach supplies including umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Memory Maker at "Seas the Day!"
What a wonderful 50th Anniversary Vacation with our family of 6 adults and 4 children! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect for our grandkids and the beach was just a minute away. We loved every minute! You couldn't have asked for a better location since it was so close to the beach and just a short walk to Rosemary Beach Town square with unique restaurants and shops. Also, there was a cute little playground right across the street from the house. Perfect for our kids! Joy was great and was very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this house!!!

Great location and home
We had a lovely time. The home was perfect for 3 families of 4. The older kids loved the cottage. The younger kids loved their area with the PlayStation. The adults had their own space and kitchen was large enough for all to come together.

We enjoyed the beach tremendously, although bad weather the first part of our stay due to a tropical storm. The kitchen being on the third floor was exhausting with the amount of children we had with us. The house had an elevator in it but was very small and I didn’t feel the kids should bother with it. Several things not working. Overall everyone had a great time and a good workout.

Fabulous home within minutes to beach and town
This home was perfect for our family of six. It easily could’ve slept more as well. It is just steps from the ocean and from the top deck you have a beautiful view of the water and can hear the waves and feel the breeze. Being so close to the ocean was priceless. It was also nice to be within two minutes of the community pool. The home also sits right next to the kids playground which is fun for younger ones. The best part as well was how close the Rosemary shops and restaurants were. On foot, everything is just a five minute walk. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and the elevator was a nice touch! The home was clean, well decorated and very spacious and well laid out. The kids bunk room with attached game room was a huge hit in our family! We will definitely stay there again!

A perfect Rosemary Beachhouse
This house was outstanding. Service and communication with Joy, the property manager, was great. She was 100% responsive before, during and after. It was just as pictured. Decor was tasteful and updated. House was very well equipped and maintained impeccably. We loved the location which was not too close to the busy and crowded town center. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We were a family party of all adults and house had multiple perfect spaces, rooms and decks to have privacy and work remote. We owned a house in Rosemary for many years and I can say this is one of the best in Rosemary. The kitchen was perfect for our private chef to work in. We cannot wait to return to this house!

Best beach trip yet
We had an incredible trip. The home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, quiet location only steps from the beach. Furnishings are clean and new and rooms are well apportioned for all guests. We particularly enjoyed making use of the pool after long hot days at the beach. Additionally, the property manager was friendly, attentive to any need, and made our arrival seamless. We could not have been more pleased and hope to return soon.

Great Family GetAway!
We absolutely loved our stay at Seas The Day. The only shortfall were the three story stairs, but it's our own fault for not using the nice elevator. The way the houses are built, there's no way around not going up! We will definitely be back! Joy was wonderful to work with. Hate we had to leave.

We had an excellent time!!! The house was perfect, close to beach and downtown.
We had a great time, the house was equipped with everything !! beach towels, wagons, bikes, and plenty of kitchen needs. Would love to have a larger table in kitchen but it worked out. Nice grill, If I had to recommend anything it would be have 2 dishwashers .Had a great time and will hopefully stay there again!!!

We had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach and loved everything about the house! The location is convenient and it's easy to ride bikes to many great restaurants and shops. We loved being so close to the beach also! The house was very clean, well furnished and had a well stocked kitchen. It was so nice to have beach towels, paddle boards, boogie boards and lots of bikes. Joy, the property manager, really made our trip. She was always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were there. She is organized and very helpful in every way. We loved Seas the Day and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful House located to the boardwalk to Rosemary Beach
This is our first time staying with Elite 30A and we loved Seas the Day. This home was beautiful and really allowed our family to experience the beauty of Rosemary Beach. We had 4 young adults and 4 teens in our group and the house came equipped with boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs and plenty of bikes for a full house of 11! When they said "bring your sunblock and smile" they were not kidding even down to the beach towels and 2 beach wagons. Elite 30A has been a fantastic company to work with and Joy definitely will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit to 30A and we will definitely be using Elite 30A again.
