The check in was easy and quick. The room was not as advertised. Bathrooms was tiny compared to images. Found spiders in the room. Was supposed to have a room with a balcony but only had a window. Someone from the hotel was using an orange cone to reserve parking spaces close to the hotel. Overall it was good for one night just to get some sleep but i wont use them again. Not complimentary breakfast and the floors were dirty in the room when we checked in.

The location of the property is wonderful and in a great area right next to the beach. The rooms are dated and our sink was leaking from day one. They fixed it the next day. I would say it was worth it for the price and the location.

Great location! Upkeep seems to be at an all time low. Rooms were ok for the price, but bathroom was definitely uncomfortable to use. Felt like I had to tip toe around because I didn’t think it was clean and it smelled. Definitely could use some renovations. But overall family had a great time on the beach! For me and my family preferences, probably won’t book there again

Stay here if you want sandy sheets, to beg for clean towels, and more than 2 pillows per bed. The area surrounding the hotel was great, the beach access was good and the pools were good. However, the pictures posted were misleading, the rooms were small. The staff was not friendly or willing to be helpful. We had to request room service 3 separate times after they told us it would be serviced. Wouldn’t choose to stay here in the future.

I stay here almost every time I come to the beach. The ground floor rooms ON the beach are my favorites. The staff is friendly. Everything is amazing! My only complaint to this day is if you have more than one vehicle, having to park the other in “overflow”. Because it is so far away & you can’t keep eyes on your vehicle. Other than that no complaints. One of my favorite vacation rentals!!

Horrible serveice would not reccomend pictures on the website are deceiving. Roaches in the room, huge bugs and spiders, bathroom smelled of urine, walls were so dirty with gunk all on them , door did not have under gaurd so anyone could enter our hotel room complained the fisrt day i got there and they didnt fix anything until my last day very unprofessional staff members. I asled to speak with managment which never contacted me we planned on staying more says but left at 7 am the next day. Not happy with this establishment and will never come back to this place at all do not recommend

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. Our room was a little out dated but CLEAN!! The security guards were constantly walking the property which made us feel safe. The only complaint I had was they forgot to bring us fresh towels and TP. There were 4 of us so we needed towels after the first night. Rather then keep bothering them I just went and bought a few towels and wash clothes and TP Everyone we came in contact with that worked there was so polite and helpful

We had a 1st floor room. Loved walking out the door and onto the beach. Floors were vinyl, sandy, and sticky. It didnt appear cleaning service did floors since they had no mops on the cart. There was a broom and dustpan in the room. Besides that, beds were comfortable, everything worked, and plenty of hot water. Enjoyed the tiki bar but we didnt eat at the onsite restaurant. Would have been nice to have a hot tub at one of the 2 pools. Easy walk to Alvin's island and Pineapple Willie's.

We loved that the ground floor patio rooms opened up right to the beach. We didn't like that i was escorted by security to the front desk the second day of our stay to extend the checkout to late checkout due to their non working phone in the room.

I like staying at the boardwalk me and my family have stayed several times. Pros you can fit about six people in one room cons. The futon bunkbeds are not the least bit comfortable the con is that there’s no hot tub on the property but if you’re not into getting into the hot tub at night, this is a perfect way to visit PCB

This place is good for the price. It’s located in a good area to walk to most places. It was fairly clean but housekeeping don’t do much. They will bring you fresh towels and wash cloths. But no making the beds and changing the sheets. They will not come by to vacuum or empty trash. It is conveniently located on the beach and has 2 pools so that was a plus. I would stay here again. Just don’t expect luxury.

A lot of people hanging around partying and making noise.. You can tell the property was nice at one time and went down hill. Also i paid for a beach side and in picture showed a balcony and i was one of the 4 rooms with a window that wouldnt open and no balcony.

This was a scam, we was told that we would be on the beach, have conjoined rooms, no game room was sent to a near by go because we were told it was the wrong hotel…did not like it contacted bank for refund

Arrived at 11 and was told my room wouldn’t. Be ready until 12. Went back to the counter after 12 and was told that the room wasn’t ready and didn’t have to be until 4. Got my room at 3:30 but by then my overnight trip to the beach was soured. I won’t stay there again or recommend the property to anyone.

First checking into the hotel the “supervisor” Shawdia had a nasty attitude. I was not greeted nor welcomed in when I arrived. I had to get a guest pass for my second car and the front desk staff was SO rude and acted as if they didn’t want to work there. The shower was nasty like it wasn’t cleaned. And again I had a problem with the front desk doing nothing to help. I bought something from the vending machine and Shawdia had a horrible attitude. Then she proceeded to call security after I asked for her to give me a refund. The property was overall nice but service was 0/10.

Our room wasn't ready, otherwise our room was nice for everyone with the bunk, cute folded towels, luckily a broom was in the room, but when it came night and the wind picked up the window whistles, almost like a scream from the whistling. Come morning I could see the window wasn't sealed.
