This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 13th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master and king sized bed in second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Second visit was as exceptional as the first
This was our second time staying in this unit and we were just as satisfied as with our first stay. Helen is wonderful, the check in process was easy enough (also very friendly staff), the location is in close proximity to everything, the unit was well furnished, and exceptionally clean. Our family had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to book our next trip (hopefully the same unit is anva again).

Great week on PCB at EMI
3 generations of ladies enjoyed our week at EMI. This unitwas neat and clean and everything was as advertised. Really comfortable beds and linens…we slept like babies! Thank you for stocking the beach closet…we enjoyed using the sand buckets, noodle, boogie board and that awesome soft sided cooler. I loved it so much I bought one for myself on the last day to transport some refrigerated items we had left over. Easy access to the keyless entry…so convenient. Thank you so much! ❤️

Perfect for our little getaway!
Easy parking, no wait for elevators, excellent shower pressure, everyone was friendly even the guests! This condo had a perfect view of the beach and the beach wasn’t overcrowded! The pictures of the condo shows no justice for what it really look like. It really had a beach feel to it and very comfortable. Plenty of room and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The view and beach chairs were the cherry on top of our stay. Helen is just great and couldn't have been nicer. The cleaning staff on the grounds do a great job and are very nice. Everything about this condo was amazing! The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect location and the view was gorgeous! We saw dozens of dolphins, a manatee, sting rays and a sea turtle all from the balcony! We even caught a shark while fishing! We love this condo and can not wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay
This condo is very nice, clean & beautifully decorated. It has a large balcony with plenty of seating. The kitchen comes with everything you need. The appliances are nice (the washer & dryer are full size and brand new). The bathrooms are nice, clean & large. Both of the bedrooms are a good size. You have plenty of room. You have 2 swimming pools and a large hot tub. The beach is a few steps away.

Excellent Vacation
We have stayed at this location multiple times and we absolutely love it every time!! Close and easy access to the beach. Plenty of parking available. The new washer and dryer was very nice and appreciated!! We can't say enough nice things about this property and management!! We will definitely be back!!
