Loved being so close to the beach and water. The staff and helpful and friendly. Parking wasn't an issue for us but there isn't much close to building and many people have to park across the road. They are remodeling and our room needed update on paint, carpet and furniture. It was adequate but not for someone who is wanting first class lodging.

Very nice
Was not disappointed with the establishment the staff were very nice the room was clean and pleasant plus you cannot beat the ocean view and being right on the beach. The area is is not overcrowded but close to what you might need . Will definitely stay again.

This is a nice property that is currently under renovation. The room I had was tired but the area and access to the beach ooutweighed that. I only hope the prices wont go up when the renovations complete.

Absolutely a great location and access to the beach the room and especially the bad was amazing front desk at check-in departure was pleasant and helpful, what I don't understand is how the place is allowed to be ran over by cats! The cats were at our door every morning we couldn't even relax on our patio it was just horrible! Every time we would set out on the patio they would run around they would even go to the bathroom on the patio I've never seen anything like it at a place that is seemingly as nice as this!

Parking is a nightmare. But they were working on property which caused the problem. Otherwise beautiful, relaxing vacation. Office staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing property! They supplied everything we needed. It was great for our family vacation. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but not in the hustle and bustle. We will be looking to book here again the next time we are in PCB!

Family friendly hotel
This is our 2nd time here, love the family friendly hotel and beach access like literally few steps from our veranda. The room is complete with kitchen tools. The room is beach view overlooking. Sunsations souvenir shop is just 7 mins walk. Walmart is just few minutes away from the Hotel. What we love here is this is few miles away from the boardwalk, it means less traffic, not crowded, and parking is easy to find. Overall stay is amazing!

Wonderful place
We had a wonderful time at this Condo. Our condo was very clean, Bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, everything was well stocked, Check in was good the Lady who checked us in was very nice. Pool was very big and clean. Will definitely be back. Only thing wasn't happy about was parking. Very limited parking on side with Condo. There was always parking across the road though.

I adored the sauna and hot tub. The room was clean and nice, all rooms are ocean front. No one bothers you. The soaps are all natural. Perfect spot for peace, no loud drunk people at all. Which was a plus. You can see the pier in the distance. There were so many big whole shells in one spot it was a nice souvenir. Has a snack and drink vending and ice as usual. All working no issues. Ordering food good food to the hotel was no issue when we didn’t want to go out. Late night beach walking felt safe and was beautiful. All around I will stay again. Had one billing issue was double billed but by Expedia not the hotel. That issue is being resolved, everyone was polite about it, just a minor mistake that didn’t cost us our spending money while there. Happened after. The hotel staff were semi nice. One seemed to get annoyed easily but they were fully booked I can kinda understand.

The location is awesome, as you are just steps from the ocean. The property seemed to be in good condition, and the folks at the front desk were friendly during checkin and checkout. There was also no sign of roaches or any other insects during the four-night stay. My only complaint is that the carpet and sofas in the room smelled like sweaty people had recently been there.

Liked the beach access and views. Room size was nice for our family. Hotel amenities were okay. Didn’t like not having 24 hour desk clerk (limited sauna use.) Location was not convenient as you had to drive to get to shopping, attractions, and restaurants! All the staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and every unit overlooks a beautiful beach. Our unit was roomy and adequately stocked with supplies. The beach is so easy to access. I can’t say very many things negative but the hot tub was HOT. I could not even get in, but that’s me. The pool was closed the night I was hoping to take a swim. These things were fairly minor in a great stay though. I’d go back at any opportunity!

I absolutely love this place. We had an ocean view. The rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and you’re pretty close to restaurants. Pier Park wasn’t too far of a drive. I will definitely be back.

This place is a dump…. It is the dirtiest…nastiest place I’ve ever had the misfortune to book. The pool and hot tub are unusable… the building looks as though it’s been abandoned in areas. Nothing works as it should. I wish someone had warned me…so I’m warning you… don’t do it. The pics are lies.

Fabulous location, gorgeous view, well stocked kitchen (BYO rubber spatula and no dish drainer), friendly staff, very clean, nice warm indoor pool, comfy beds, spacious rooms, good wireless, puzzles and books for loan but NO activities as shown on web, BR knobs without locks including master, bathrooms are both in BRs so problematic if someone is sleeping in living room...no access, nice starter toiltries, coffee, paper towels, detergents.

The view was amazing. The rcondo was spacious & had everything in it we needed. There are things that need to be attended to. The primary bathroom shower needs to be updated. The place needs to be painted in the bathroom, the entry door, the railing on the balcony. The staff was great. Easy check-in and check-out. The pool & hot tub were very nice on the chilly days.

The staff was friendly and the condo was clean. My only complaint and it was a big one was that they were reclaiming the beach and sleep was absolutely impossible. If they had warned about this we wouldn’t have booked there. They worked all through the night and even with the fan on it was so loud for the two nights we stayed there that we had no sleep. One of the specific requests we had for where we rented was a beach view and this was definitely not a ‘beach view.’ They do not have any control over the city reclaiming the beach and I understand that, but if they had given us any kind of heads up we would’ve made sure to not rent in the area. I have the pictures and videos to prove this!
