Beautiful home! Perfect size, perfect location! Everything was great.
We had a great week with friends. Beautiful house and Had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 couples). The walk to beach was very short. The only issue we had was no key to unlock the back gate to rinse the sand off before entering, but we managed, so not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

My family vacation
Myself, my grown adult children and my grandchildren wanted to take a vacation together to the beach. We chose this property, it was large enough for all of us and had a private pool. The house was really nice, the beds were very soft and comfortable, and the house was extremely clean and stocked with items that were very useful throughout the week. One of the only downsides were I thought we would have a view of the beach but there is a row of houses that look fairly new blocking the view but it is a very short walk to the beach which was great. Love the location and proximity to family entertainment and restaurant's. We had a great time together and appreciated having enough room for all of us, absolutely loved our vacation! I wish the outside temp and water temp was warmer so probably wouldn’t go first week of April again to Panama City but otherwise, would highly recommend this property and the rentals from these owners Paul and Josh!!! Great first experience😆

RELAXATION
We had an absolute blast!!! The house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed on our vaca!! The pool was great when we didn’t want to be at the beach. Location was extremely convenient to all we wanted to do, and to the beach access. The host were wonderful. They are very responsive to all communication. It was so relaxing to just get away from the stresses of life. We will definitely be making this our vacation spot from now on!!!

Family Fun
House had plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 six year olds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to start our day-- Coffee for the adults & pancakes for the littles. Girls had a blast diving & swimming in pool but due to size of pool we had to pay extra attention to keep them out of each other's way. We loaded our wagon twice daily for trips to the beach with no issues coming or going. It was a short walk & everyone we encountered was very nice & respectful. The outside shower was a welcome treat before entering pool and the outside hose made rinsing all our stuff so easy before packing for home. Our location to the beach, nice restaurants, shops, the piers as well as St. Andrews park made our stay loaded with activities, treats, & fun. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beach time with the Grandkids
Enjoyed the house, nice decor, the owners have stocked it well inside and out. They provide really good beach chairs and it's a short walk to the beach. The pool is a nice alternative when you've had enough beach. Beware that the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and it's a hike up those stairs, glad we brough light luggage.

Beautiful beach vacation and great house!
We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Tons of room for the whole family. Having a private pool is a must for us so it was awesome to be able to hang at the pool after enjoying the day on the beach. Or if some didn't want to go to the beach, they'd stay back at the house and lounge in the pool. The beach entry so close to the house makes it very convenient to get to and from. Walking over after dinner to watch the sunsets were breathtaking. Waking up, taking our coffee for morning walks on the beach are just as amazing. We had one day where the dolphins were very close to shore and hung out for hours. It was so cool to watch them! The house is conveniently located and we were able to walk to many places nearby. However, the front road is slightly busier than I prefer but not too bad. Our family really enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Paul and Josh were great and easy to communicate with. We appreciate you and thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the week and we made many memories that will last a lifetime!

Great space for multi-age group!
We loved staying here! The space was great for our multi- generational family. College kids stayed on bunks/roll out on second floor. Parents (we- fifty-somethings) stayed in the bedroom on second floor. One couple with a five month old stayed in the queen bedroom, and the second couple with an 8 month old stayed in the king bedroom, both on the third floor. The people staying on the third floor do have to walk through the lounge/bunk/roll-out bed section of the second floor to get to the first floor, but the college kids wore ear plugs at night and slept as late into the morning as they needed. If you are used to sleeping in a super dark room, I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask because most beach homes do have lots of natural light. On the main floor, we had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, but if you have new babies you will want a stroller or carrier to get them there. The wagon and beach chairs are a plus. Being more of a residential neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed having our spot on an UNcrowded beach. The private pool area was convenient and especially appreciated by the new parents with babies. We would definitely stay here again!

Rent This House!!
This house is amazing! So clean, bright, spacious, and fun. Kitchen is big with everything you need even a bar on each side for all the kids to sit while you cook breakfast. Pool is great for the kids. They have all kinds of toys out there even a beach wagon. The beach is so close. Really short walk. The bedrooms are big. Beds are comfy. Second living room with bunks is great for the teens to have their space. Three balconies to escape to. Large dining table for large family. Paul and Josh are great hosts. They answer questions immediately. Everyone had room to spread out. Love love love this house. Do yourself a favor and rent it.

Very nice home. In an excellent location to everything from ocean, grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The owners thought of everything for the house utensil, pots, extra towels, and linens. They even had a first aid kit, card table and a wagon with lawn chairs to take to the ocean. If and when we go back to Florida I would likely stay here.

Perfect place for family!
The house was amazing. It worked so well for our family of 5, including 3 college kids. Loved the open kitchen area, and it had everything we needed to cook with. The pool area was so nice and right off of the living room. With the beach only a very short walk, very short, it was perfect to go see the sun rise and set . The owners were so easy to communicate with and always prompt in responding. We can’t wait to go back in a couple years

Very nice home. Loved the proximity to the beach, just a short walk away. The location was close to everything. We didn't love the location off of a main road the first two days due to a motorcycle event, it was extremely loud into the night, but once that was over, it was quieter and a nice location. The homeowners provide everything you could need and the kids loved the pool.

Wonderful place to stay!
Beautiful house big enough for the entire family to spread out and have their own space. All the bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. There were plenty of extra sheets and blankets for the 2 pull out beds. Loved the short walk to the beach. Kitchen was completely stocked with every size of pots and pans and every cooking utensil you could need, which was great because we cooked all week. The grill was in good condition. We used it twice with no issues. Pool was wonderful for the kids with nice sitting area to watch them. Close to restaurants and activities. Gas station and Ice dispenser directly across the street, but the freezer actually made enough ice for our day cooler to the beach each day, which was very convenient. The owners have thought of everything to make sure your vacation is perfect! We have no complaints at all and would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Home!
House is great and just steps from the beach. Quiet area of Thomas Drive and had all the amenities that we needed. Plenty of of dishes, cookware, silverware, spices and anything else we could have needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon available. Beautiful Beach House!
This beach house is amazing! Very spacious, short walk to the beach, every amenity you can think of is there, great location to shopping, restaurants etc. The owners are very easy to communicate with and quick to respond if you need anything. A wonderful place to stay!
This place was perfect for us! It was so clean and spacious. It was 3 minute walk to the beach, even for our preschool age kids. The pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is much larger than what I expected from the pictures. The host was helpful and wonderful. If we come to PCB again, we’d gladly stay here a second time.

Wonderful property near beach
The house is very well kept and conveniently located to both the beach and activities. We were very pleased to find that the beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Perfect Week
The house exceeded our expectations. The furnishings we're beautiful and the cabinets were stocked with pretty much anything you could think of. Unfortunately it was a little too chilly to use the pool, but the short walk to the beach more than made up for it! The location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach, but close to anything fun you want to do in the area or restaurants to eat at. Highly recommend this beach house for your visit to PCB.

Beautiful home and amazing location
This was by far the best experience I've had going to PCB. The house was amazing and was very roomy. The pool was so convenient for my kids and the adults. Every morning my children would get up and jump right into the pool to start their day. The house was clean. It had so many amenities that you really don't have to bring anything from home. All the extras for the pool and the beach like chairs, toys, and wagon was a major plus. We found the location of the house to be perfect. The balconies in the front of the house made for a great seclusion and was so beautiful to just relax. This house is great for big groups and accommodates children also. The owners are awesome. I emailed with a couple of FYI for the house and had a response the same day. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Great property for a large family. There were 10 of us...6 adults and 4 children. Short walk to the beach and all the attractions and restaurants on Thomas Drive. When we all go back as a family this is the house I will be renting again. Owners were extremely helpful and on top of getting AC fixed when broke.

The home was absolutely beautiful!! Just a short walking distance from the beach. The pool was an added bonus for our granddaughter who enjoyed swimming throughout the day and night. We had nine people in our family that stayed there and we had plenty of room for us to all spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We had our 2 month old grandson with us as well and they even had a pack and play there so we didn’t have to worry about packing one to bring with us. Our six year old granddaughter came back home and has been telling everyone about the house and how much she loved it….she’s already wanting to go back lol. We take a family vacation every year and we try to stay somewhere different each year….this has been our favorite house so far!!! Thanks again to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us!!!

Accommodating Home...
This home met every need our group could have imagined for our vacation. The layout of this property was perfect. Main level kept everyone gathered. Meal time, game nights, pool side days. Kids stayed on 2nd floor(built in bunk beds were AMAZING) , adults on 3rd floor. It gave everyone their space without being on top of each other. Very spacious and well put together. The owners have thought of everything; down to the basic hassles of packing for a beach trip. The pool area was loaded with beach and pool necessities, which was fantastic. (Even down to a wagon for easy beach hauls) Overall this property was more than accommodating! The owners are very diligent, polite and easy to communicate with throughout out the entire process.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is about a 2 min walk to the beach. This house was very spacious for our party of 9. There are enough restrooms and at least one on each floor. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The pool was very nice and refreshing in the afternoons. The only minor things that I will add is that the TVs in two of the bedrooms were very small and the shower outside did not work (but the hose did).

Cleaning was not ideal.
We did not have a good experience with the cleanliness of this property. Below is an email sent to the owners, but it doesn’t include the biggest issues upon arrival was some of the bedding did not look clean. It looked like they just made one or two of the beds and didn’t replace with clean sheets. All of the sheets and bed spreads on every bed had stains and even holes. The quality of bedding was beyond normal wear. It should have never been put in the house. We washed all the bedding prior to use in the very small washer and dryer. It was not ideal. When I contacted the homeowners, they were very nice and apologetic. They explained they’re not in the area and don’t check the property often. Unfortunately, the amount of cleaning issues we encountered made this property unpleasant to be in for a week. Copy of the email sent directly to the homeowners… I highly recommend one of the property owners actually observe the house in person. Overall, the house is nice, but it is not being kept clean. Most of the interior including the exterior needs a good deep cleaning. It didn’t appear any surfaces were dusted or wiped down on a regular basis. There was mold in the master bathroom, as well as, on the fence surrounding the pool next to the table. The blinds were all covered with a layer of dust and the first floor blinds were covered with food splatters and filth. The cleaning company representative that I spoke with advised that was not their responsibility. The deep cleaning is the responsibility of the owner. I’m sorry you’re not receiving the cleaning service you thought. I’d also be concerned with your property manager who checks on the property because that would be unacceptable to me. The outside area around the pool was even a mess with a lot of “garbage” chairs and beach accessories in poor condition. The outside furniture is not in good condition either. I forgot to mention the cloth kitchen chairs are very wobbly and need to be repaired for safety. The vacuum hasn’t been emptied in a long time. The pots and pans were rusted and covered with black residue. The cupboards and draws all need to be cleaned out. The blinds in the front window were damaged. The trash can for the kitchen is tiny. I’m sorry to be so particular, but we pay a lot of money to stay in Vrbo’s when we go on vacation and this was unacceptable, especially when we have stayed at several other properties that did not reflect these same issues.

Nicole - we apologize again for the way you found our home. This is our family vacation home (and not a business) and we’re also disappointed you found our home this way. We’ve been using our cleaning team for 4yrs and have not had issues to this extent. We believe it’s a challenge of the current economic and labor shortages but regardless we’ve put processes in place to include weekly check-ins by our on-site management to catch this beforehand. Additionally we used our vacation time the 3rd week in July to deep clean the house and will include more deep cleans moving forward.

We loved it!!
We had a great vacation! The condo was very nice and clean. We had an issue with the microwave ( probably due to several storms that weekend)and the owners sent a new one the very next day. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach. They provide you with a beach wagon, chairs and even boogie boards. There was plenty of bedrooms and space in the home. The pool was nice as well. The only suggestion I would make would be to put a regular size washer and dryer in the home because it took several loads to wash all the beach towels (which were also provided). I would definitely recommend this home for anyone with a large family group. Also the owners were in contact before and after the stay and very responsive to any questions.
