Beautiful apartment gorgeous view.
The apartment had everything we were looking for. We felt safe and appreciate that there is security. It was just the perfect size for our family of 4. I loved that the bedrooms had their own bathroom and that the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds. The beach was quiet and I loved the amenities that were offered (shuffleboard, tennis, basketball and more). The pool was large and heated. It was close to the grocery store. We saw dolphins swimming in the water from our balcony. We would definitely return. It was a beautiful apartment.

Relaxing Condo on Quiet Carillon Beach
We have stayed in Gulfront vacation rentals from Destin to Panama City. Pinnacle Port Resort on Carillon Beach is by far our favorite location for a guaranteed relaxing vacation. This specific condo exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, kitchen utensils dishes glasses and furnishings. The owner and the rental company were responsive to any questions we had.

The perfect place to get away from it all.
This condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. Everything was in working order and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we could ask for and the owner provided extra pillows, blankets, a few games, and even food storage containers for leftovers! The view from the balcony was amazing. We sat out every morning with our coffee while watching and listening to the waves and the seabirds. This location is probably one of the best in Pinnacle Port. It is right next to Camp Helen State Park and is the closest building to Philips Inlet which is beautiful and should be visited daily as it changes everyday! The layout of the inlet was always a bit different because of the flow of the water from the gulf and it is just a short walk down the beach. The dock is a wonderful place to fish and catch blue crabs so be sure to bring your fishing license! This condo did not disappoint us in anyway. And this spot on the gulf is so much more than just a stretch of beach. Its quiet and boasts a captivating display of the local wildlife. The ocean is an incredible blue and emerald green and is clear enough to see what's beneath the waves, and not just when looking from above! The sunsets are some of the most magical I have had the pleasure to see and one morning we awoke to a rainbow arching over the waters to the west. Stunning! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we loved this condo and this location. We will definitely be coming back!

Best spot at Pinnacle Port
We have stayed dozens of times at Pinnacle Port, this was the nicest of any condo we have ever rented. The condo was decorated to be beachy and fun with everything we needed except our own swimwear! The owner was easy to work with before and after. We will be back ❤️

Best Vacation!
First off the location was perfect. We did not want to be in the busy section of Panama City and this was just what we wanted. Since this condo is the last building in this area it was so private. This was the best part for us. The condo itself was clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 5. The view was amazing. We were not too far from shops and restaurants. And the biggest plus was being in a gated community. If you are looking for a more quiet beach, family friendly area and an amazing views this is your place. We plan on coming back next year.

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port properties for 6 years. C3 is our favorite building. This unit is clean, updated, and the owner gives very detailed instructions on everything. This unit has more than you need. It was a wonderful stay. I would stay here again, or rent any of Patti’s properties.

Check in and out was very easy, the condo was right on the beach with a very short walk to the beach which was great! We have stayed at pinnacle port before and never had such a close stay to the beach as in this condo. Communication with property owner was easy and accessible. This condo was stocked! There was really nothing that we needed while here so that was a huge plus! Thankfully the air conditioner was fixed for our visit and worked wonderfully. I had 3 small vices that I'd like to note. The wifi was public and we had a hard time connecting at least 2 of the TVs to it. It went in and out frequently as well. Private wifi would be nice, I work remotely and it was near impossible getting a solid work connection. Tile floors would be nice in the bedrooms. The carpet in the bedroom didn't feel the cleanest just due to the dirt, sand and humidity naturally present being on the beach/ocean. The beds and pillows could use updated as well, the pillows and beds were not the most comfortable. However, with that being said... I would stay here again, those 3 small things aren't deal breakers as the rest of the condo and owner were very pleasant to deal with and as I noted earlier the condo had everything you could need.

The condo location was great with an amazing view of the Gulf. The condo was clean and we'll maintained. The beach was a very short walk from the elevator. The setup to cool the condo worked great. The one drawback was that the carpet and the floors seemed damp from all of the moisture in the air. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just a little trouble in paradise
First of all let me say that the owner of this property is AMAZING!! Can't say a much for the property managers. This condo is perfection, stocked better than anywhere else I have ever stayed, absolutely awesome. But check to see if the AC is operating and if there is WIFI before you book. We arrived to portable ac units and fans which actually worked well because the owner took the time to have one in every room. But there was no wifi in the whole complex and i had school and work. Owner was KIND enough to provide a hot spot which we got up and going on Sunday evening. Talking to others in the elevator and on the beach and any had no working tvs and only had 1 portable ac unit in their whole condo. We were blessed and Ms. Patti the owner did everything to make this work, she was awesome. As far as the property management, I have YET to hear back from them when I called on arrival Saturday. I am now back home and never heard from them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and everything is as presented. Just check on the ac and wifi!! :) I gave property management 5 starts ONLY so that the owner would not get dinged in her rating. But property management was NOT up to more than a 2 star. We have stayed at PP many times and LOVE LOVE LOVE this complex. Just check ahead on the things noted above.

I stayed at Pinnacle Port last year and loved the location. Unfortunately, we arrived on this trip to find that the air conditioning was out in 3 of the buildings in the complex, one of which was the one we were supposed to be staying in. We tried to stay a night without air but none of us, including the 2 year old, slept in the 85 degree indoor temps. We were moved to a house the next day but would have much, much rather have been able to stay here. Maybe next year.

This property was outstanding! Patti was excellent to work with and was very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated, and you can’t beat looking directly out to the Gulf of Mexico. The master bath was great - the big shower was a nice touch. You can’t beat the location and the sugar sand beach. We saw devil rays, dolphins, pompano, pelicans - TONS of great wildlife! The amenities at Pinnacle Port are awesome as well. The pools are large and welcoming. I loved our well here. We’ll be back!!!

No working stove/no working AC/Internet/TV kept freezing/going out
The week of Oct 16-23 started off badly as soon as we walked through the door. We noticed a small toaster oven, a hot plate and a crock pot with a note from the owner stating the stove was not functional as a breaker in the building had to be replaced before the new stove could be installed, which should take place that coming Tuesday. The note also mentioned that we could only use 1 of the counter top appliances at one time (was instructed not to plug multiple in at the same time). We arrived on Saturday so we were virtually going to be without a working kitchen until supposedly Tuesday. A family sized pizza wouldn't fit in the toaster over, with the little hot plates, could only use 2 pots at a time, plus being we could only use the 1 outlet at a time, no way to serve a warm dinner due to the shuffling around of plugs/appliances. The owner did leave a $45.00 gift card to a local pizza place, however 45 bucks does not come close to feeding a family of 4 for several days. As we were getting settled we weren't able to locate the remote for one of the bedrooms. While turning the condo upside down looking for the remote, I ran my hand through the sofas, I found quite a bit of sand. I will say the condo appeared to be clean, however good amounts of sand were found in the seating areas, and walking barefoot, your feed were quite dirty. We also noticed when we arrived it felt kind of stuffy, the thermostat was set to 68 and it showed 75. I assumed perhaps the a/c had been turned off, maybe due to no one being there so it would just take a while to cool off. Skip ahead to Tuesday, no one ever showed up to hook the stove up, no communication from the owner or property stating why the stove wasn't hooked up. We spent a considerable amount of money on eating most of our meals out, again due to the fact we had no way to cook for a family of 4. The AC still has not gotten to temperate either. I reached out to Emerald Coast multiple times and kept being old the AC would be fixed tomorrow. AC still was out when we left. It was over 85 in the unit, it was stifling. Only reason we didn't leave was because we kept being told, the AC would be fixed. The TV/internet kept going out as well, unable to watch a show in full/stay connected to the wifi. The owner/property should make this right and provide us a partial refund as the unit was not as described, no working AC and stove-not acceptable. I'd write more as there is more to share, but I'm out of spaces.

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate all of our guests. Your characterization of this place is simply not accurate though. It is very well maintained and very highly reviewed. It is one of the most popular places at one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. There is a new stove and the property was working on the cooling towers at Pinnacle Port during your week. They told us they would be done in 24 hours. We bent over backwards to make you comfortable and even offered to upgrade you to a different resort. None of which you wanted. I hope you had a great trip. Thanks!

We had a very relaxing trip. We’ve visited Pinnacle Port for over 20 years and this area is excellent. We enjoyed all of the amenities of home. It does take time to figure out the cable tv, so a few instructions would be grand. Very quiet end of the beach and we hope to visit again soon!

Everything about our condo was great! The view was spectacular in both living room and main bedroom. The huge shower we loved in the main bathroom. Our daughter loved her bedroom with the jellyfish lights. The kitchen is well stocked. It was decorated so nicely and so comfortable. This was a great reward for this past year of quarantine. Great location with nice secluded beach since it is the last building in the Port.

This place is amazing
Perfect quiet location that is close to everything. The condo was super clean and very nicely decorated and stocked. The master shower is glorious and the best shower I’ve ever experienced. The front bedroom is close to the exit and elevator but my friend loved her space. 100% recommend this location and condo.

If you want to be away from all the crowds this place is great
This was our first time staying at this resort, although it is older and the outside could use some updating I was very pleased with the condo itself, it was super clean and had all the things you could need. You could tell that the owner took pride in her condo and it really showed. The management company was another story, I will never rent through emerald coast again, lack of communication, they did not inform us that the elevators were out due to the hurricane and flooding, it had been out for at least 4 days prior to our arrival, understandable that Mother Nature is unpredictable and this is the way it works but they could have let us know. Elevator was still out when we left 12 days after we arrived. They also did not let us know that the stove top was not working (owner told us a new one was to be delivered a week later but not able to because of elevators not working, she did provide electric skillet and hot plates for cooking) the property we stayed in was the last building, 7 stories high and we were on the 5th floor. We were right next to St. Helens park and then had the ocean in front of us, I was so pleased with the location, away from the super busy condo’s we usually stay in. Everything we needed was provided by owner and although older this condo had been updated and was very beachy:). This could be a pro or a con for some but you have to enter thorough a gated community, carillon beach, to get to the back, pinnacle port, lots of stop signs through there, but felt very safe and secure there. I personally would go back but I will not deal with vrbo or with a management company again.

Everything was great and the C3 building is the last one on the resort so it’s very quiet and relaxing. The property has lots of fun things to do for the family like basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds, multiples pools and more. The view of the ocean from 503 was better than the pictures and it was a great place to stay for sure!
