Wonderful getaway
This rental property was everything plus more than what myself and my boyfriend expected. Everything was clean and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Beautiful view.
Mostly as expected. Some repairs in building and rental unit are needed. Outlets loose, balcony door hard to open, bathroom odor. Mostly clean and set up nice. The elevators were not working at different times. The hot tub appeared unclean (grimy). The gym could use a facelift. Was unaware of sauna wish it had been posted. The gates are locked to get to the beach and again not clear on how to exit/ enter. Felt a bit “locked in” at first. Bikini bobs was delicious and fast. Pools were well maintained and located in a good spot. No ice machine that I could find. I would not describe as classy but resort had lots to offer only seems to be missing some TLC (it has been a rough few years so understand).

Thank you for the review. The elevators have all being refurbished or replaced and are completed now. The sliding glass door has also been replaced. We issue you the gate code to the pool in the welcome letter, this is to assure that only guests at the Summit are using the pool and amenities. I do not understand the comment about the hot tub pool side as it was resurfaced about a year ago but we hope you enjoyed yourselves and will return to stay with us again in the near future.

Spring Break Getaway

Some issues
Beautiful location, hosts were quick to communicate, RESORT STAFF RUDE, talked to my 14 yr old like a dog because his bracelet had faded with the pool water, threatened to throw him off property for a counterfeit bracelet, wouldn't let him call me, refrigerator barely works, dryer didn't work at all. Messaged the owner about it, they responded quick to say they found damaged sheets we left behind when we were still in the condo. Elevators were packed ALL THE TIME, only 1 working some of the time. Ehh. Would stay again Maybe. Beach was amazing. Best water we ever had. Shells were great there.

We checked the refrigerator and dryer immediately because we have not had anyone else mention a problem and both are working fine. (We did find the coffee table broken after your stay which did create an issue for us). I have no idea what the issue could have been while you were here. You were here the busiest week of the year so I apologize for the elevators being full and the security guard if his approach was less than tactful. We do not have any control over the personal on the premises and this is a very rare complaint.

Nice stay!
This place was perfect for us. The view is great! Staff on site from maintenance and front desk to the Bikini bobs restaurant were friendly and attentive! The only downside was the elevators on Saturday. There were only 2 of the 4 elevators working - so a few times we chose to hike the 9 flights instead of wait. It’s normal to have to wait at all of these condos on Saturdays but this place had extremely long waits. It really needs all 4 elevators running for the number of condos it has.

We are happy to report that all the elevators are scheduled to be replaced but in a systematic way in order to keep all but one elevator working during the busy season. Great beachfront condo
We enjoyed the great ocean view from the balcony and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were happy with everything! The only thing I would say could be improved is a railing for the top bunk.

The building is older and not in great shape. We were told when we purchased our parking pass where the elevator was and that they weren't sure if it was working. The elevator was a little sketchy. The condo is older and not updated with decor. It was clean though.

Great location plus amenities!
Perfect for us! The view of the ocean every morning just puts you in the vacation mindset. We loved the location. It was convenient to all the attractions. We would definitely stay there again. Everything is as pictured. The bedroom is a good size so you don't feel cramped. The space would work for parents with kids. Four adults would work if you're not planning to spend much time in the room and you really get along well. The challenge would be only one shower if everyone is getting ready at the same time. Be mindful if you're checking in on a Saturday that there is only one set of two elevators. No issues with checking in besides the wait for a cart or elevator. We had one minor bump related to the washing machine but Chase was on top of it. He was very quick to respond to me. Bikini Bobs offered hot food at a great price, think normal pricing and not hotel pricing. Overall great place to stay.

Need to fix the sliding door to the balcony
The sliding door to the balcony is in a state of disrepair and needs a return access to the room because we went outside and got locked out. The latch closed when we shut the sliding door per the instructions in the condo. We had to flag someone down that was passing below on the ground floor. They were nice enough to lend us a hand

Warm and welcoming
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and relaxing! Sherry was easy to communicate with. Even though my daughter brought sand toys of her own, her enjoyed the toys that was there already as well! The kitchen had every appliance and utensils you would need! Beds were comfy. My son didn’t care for the sofa bed but he was fine with it just cause he was at the beach lol I would definitely stay here again!

The room smells badly. There was a lot mold in the tub, yellow stain. It looks like it has not been clean in a long time. Pee on the floor. Stain in the bed sheets. I took pictures of everything and send them to the manager. They send some one only to change the bed sheets. Her responded about the black mold well, she said "I don't know how to remove it I guess I will have to paint it all over the tile". I want it to leave badly.

There is no mold in the shower, the grout is slightly discolored. There absolutely was no pee on the floor unless one of your children did that when you arrived. There was a stain on one of the sheets and we sent someone immediately to change the sheet set and we sincerely apologize for that. You have made statements in your review that are just untrue and we just do not understand why. Everything else you mentioned is either embellished or just did not happen.

Great Location, great owners to rent from
We had a great time! The property owners were very responsive to all of our needs during our trip. Even at midnight they responded back within 5 min. The elevators were down per of the week which made getting to the upper floors time consuming, which they were down last year as well. So the summit needs to work on this. Other than that and needing a casserole dish in the condo we stayed at it was great. Very comfortable beds!
