Perfect 2night stay for 40th Bday
We had an amazing time aboard the Laurel to celebrate my wife's 40th Birthday. October was a fantastic time to travel to PCB. Temp was 85 and we were very fortunate to have clear skies.
Lorrie was very nice to answer all of my pre-trip questions that I had concerning the cost and accommodations. She provided me with all the contact information that we would need after I had booked the trip. Ruben and crew were outstanding hosts. He responded immediately to all of our requests and frequently checked on our experience.
Night 1 we took a fantastic two-hour sunset cruise. We were able to see dolphins playing in the bay. On day 2 we took a five-hour trip to Shell Island. The water and beaches were perfect. The marina location is great for walkable restaurant access. There are at least four good eating options. The Laurel has plenty of room to spread out. Both inside and out dining areas. Multiple locations to lay out. Sleeping arrangements were good for families. The VIP sweet was comfortable and three bathrooms were decent sizes. If you are looking for a different way to vacation in PCB, I 100% recommend giving the Laurel a try for a few nights. It's not the total comfort of a hotel and you do miss the 24/7 beach access but the total experience is well worth a try if you love the water.
We can't wait to do it again.
