Majestic Beach 1 - 1806 is the kind of vacation spot that feels like your home away from home. The owners, have taken special care to make this Majestic Beach vacation condo a place you'll want to come every year. Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.

Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.

The living area's nice and cozy. And, if you like bright and beachy you'll love the decor. It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.

The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. There’s a 50" flat screen TV that’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.

Both the dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a huge king size bed with a 46" TV.

The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

The bedroom and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 full baths.

Majestic Beach 1 - 1806 is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot baseball tourneys.

Majestic Beach Towers Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida offers a vast array of amenities with something for everyone:
Starting Jan 1st, 2024 guests will have to register with the resort and will have to pay $40 per vehicle.

We really enjoyed this condo. Self check in process was great and the property look just like pictures on VRBO user friendly website. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a great meal. The security guard at the front gate made us feel safe. We really enjoyed the ocean breeze and view from the condo. We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

The owners are very friendly and super accommodating, they let us check in a couple hours early with some tired kids from the 10 hour drive. The king bed is very comfortable, however the pullout couch and bunk beds were not. If they had some toppers it would have been much better. I would have someone come deep clean the condo too, the dishes were dirty when we arrrived , the shower heads and the bathtub were covered in old mold. Housekeeping can do a much better job. The decor is perfect and is great for the beach. Perfectly fit 4 adultss and 2 kids. However It’s not very close to pier park, and we weren’t able to walk many places as we usually do when visiting PCB. But if your there for the beach only it’s perfect.

Loved our stay. Very clean but grout needs some work. Furniture had a few spots but lovely decor in every room. Bed very comfortable. Also pull out coach mattress was good. Everything you need was supplied. balcony so perfect for beautiful views and sunsets.

Nice place to stay in Panama City Beach
we were impressed by the view. The property we stayed in was quite nice but had some little foibles that would be easily remedied. 1. Have someone actually MOP the floor. We took to wearing slippers in the condo due to the fact that our feet turned black from the dirt we picked up off the tile. 2nd have a maintenance person to tighten the mounting of the kitchen faucet. Every time we touched it were afraid it was going to fall into the sink it seemed so loose. 3 the Jacuzzi tub is a nice touch but you have to be able to turn off the shower head to utilize it and fill it. we couldn't and didn't want to "break" the faucet trying to get it to shut off the shower head it was apparently stuck in the shower position and has been for some time.. We didn't find any baking sheets. But did find the toaster and that solved that. The only other thing is something that can't be done anything about. the walk all the way across the street to the parking garage was a hike.

Great views and spacious condo. We were disappointed that the beds had no comforters and the condo was not terribly clean (mold in the bathrooms, dusty and peeling paint on the vanity). There were no basic pantry staples no beach chairs and no laundry pods left for us.

This was one of the best condos I’ve ever stayed at. It was super clean and very family friendly! The views were outstanding. Well worth the money. The beds super comfy. The only thing was the elevators were super slow, but that’s pretty much anywhere. In all would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommended

Great girls trip!
We had such a great time staying at the Majestic resort! Our room was very specious! I will say that the parking garage is a walk, especially getting on and off elevators to get to the car. Our condo served its purpose- somewhere to sleep! As we spent majority of the time at the beach! My only recommendation would to be some handyman fixes such as loose faucets. toilet paper roll holder. Overall a nice stay!

We had a wonderful time. Check in was super easy. The condo was beautiful. We had a couple plumbing issues. The toilet kept overflowing and the master shower didn't work properly. Other than that it was lovely. The elevator situation is horrible but that is a building issue.

To start, the location ok but the elevator wait was absurd. The condo was just ok I've definitely stayed in better places. The condo says it sleeps 6 and it did but it did not ACCOMMODATE 6. There were enough Towels but not enough was cloths there were only 4. There were 2 rolls of toilet tissue in the bathroom in the bedroom and one in the other. Only one roll of paper towels for 6 people 3 days. The beach umbrella was broken and we carried it all the way to the beach to find that out. Also all the games in the drawers we're not complete there we're boxes with no games and pieces of games with no boxes. Overall it was just ok!

Condo was great just as described, our only issue was we paid for the cancellation deal, and we had something come up and really needed to try an change our dates but we could not get anyone to respond to our emails, we called at least 10 times an could never get anyone to call us back, so we had to take the trip on the original dates, other than that everything was great..
