Welcome to Sugar Sands Luxury Townhome in the heart of Panama City Beach!! Only steps from the beach!!!

Come relax in our family-friendly and spacious townhome!
Sugar Sands is located on the top floor and boasts a spacious floor plan with approximately 2,000 square feet to enjoy!

Sugar Sands has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and accommodates up to 10 people!

Enjoy the huge private balcony with unbelievable views!!! The private 3 car garage is great for beach gear or to park those rented golf carts and scooters. The garage offers an exterior keypad with code for easy access. There are 2 additional parking spots outside the garage.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the garage door opener for even faster access!

The kitchen is fully stocked and has seating for 10.

Beach access is just 50 feet away! Beautiful views from just about every room. This condo is a great place to relax and rewind.

NICE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT SUGAR SANDS:
1.) This is a small complex. Made up of only 4 total units. No crowds and a private garage. Please note we have a small residential elevator to ride in or to send your bags up.

2.) The beach access is located in a quiet part of the beach. There are no high rises in this area, so the beach tends to be less crowded. This is great for those trying to keep their distance during this time.

FUN NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
* This unit is located 2.5 miles away from Pier Park.
* Shipwreck Waterpark is 1.5 miles away.
* There are several restaurants within walking distance:
Nick's Pizza, Salty Goat Saloon, Captain Jack's, and more. We enjoy walking to Riviera Creamery for ice cream.
* MB Miller County Pier is less than a mile away. If you enjoy fishing or taking a walk on the pier.

Awesome Place - Be Ready for Stairs!
This place was wonderful! Just as the pictures and steps from beach entrance. Just be ready to climb stairs!! No elevator. The garage door was also tricky to close. We enjoyed the floats available, but there also tons of other items for the beach. This was a wonderful place to stay (if in shape)!

Great trip.
We had a great trip. The unit was lovely; very clean and well furnished. The balcony with a view of the ocean and happenings below was the favorite place of our crew. The owner was easy to communicate with. She gave good recommendations for dining and things to do.

Top Floor Beachin Fun
This unit is Top Floor- so that was a plus for us since we sometimes had our 3 yr old grandson- lol. ( I know people don’t like to hear those above them- don’t blame the host for that. She can’t control our grandchild anymore than we can. ( truly sorry if you were below us- he is 3. Go to beach- have some fun- it’s why you are in PCB.) This property offered us everything we needed- minus a toaster. That’s it. Not a problem because I can bake a waffle. Beach access is as easy as it gets unless you are on the beach. Just steps away. The view of the beach and gulf is fantastic. I could actually see my family from our deck when I wasn’t with them. Our adult children ( 18-25) who stayed with us and in another unit in the building said they were perfectly comfortable and found the place very accommodating to their likings. This place is very close and convenient to almost everything in PCB- I say “almost” because someone may find it inconvenient that Walmart isn’t the store next door. Sugar Sand has great parking and the place was secure. Our host was fantastic. She was very responsive and very friendly- even when I had trouble understanding a check in procedure -which was on me- She was great! I would say that having to put away all dishes before leaving is a drawback because that means you can’t cook breakfast and clean up properly if you want to be out by 10. So we took eggs Benedict off our menu and settled for coffee and donuts on the last morning we were there which gave us the time to visit the beach once more for some beachin fun. Everyone seemed happy with that so again there wasn’t a problem. All was well. Bottom line- would I stay here again? Yes, Yes I would.

Perfect Location!
This is honestly the perfect place to stay. Centrally located to everything. Beach access is directly across the road. House has everything you need and the garage is huge! Two vehicles and a gulf cart fit easily. I can’t think of a reason to stay anywhere else!!

Pros and Cons (But over all good Property)
Short and sweet -Loved that the location looked like the pictures -Short walk to the beach, plus the public entrance was across from property -The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed - The start up items ( like dish soap ) was al full size even had laundry detergent which was a plus - Had the necessities for beach . Towels toy chairs and even a cart . - Wifi worked well - Over all, cleanliness was decent. Could be better Definitely had dust in areas that aren’t clean often. Also the floors has sand under beds and other areas . -Having a garage was great. usually smaller property’s don’t have one . Some things that could have made stay better: - Garage key pad didn’t work( or we didn’t know how to work it) - There wasn’t small bathroom toiletries - A couple more white guest towels would have been great. - Didn’t have outside garden hose, which would have help rinsing sand off before going upstairs. plus they ask for you to clean and put away what you use so no hose made it more difficult to clean . - Also didn’t enjoy that the check out instructions had : “ clean dishes and put away” . Hadn’t had a rental have you put away dishes till now . Usually you just put the load in the dish washer and that’s that . With that said I would rent again .

We loved the townhouse, it was nice and spacious, very clean.
This was the nicest place we have stayed in PCB, we come 2-3 times a year. It was the perfect size for our family and the property manager was great with communicating. There is nothing bad to say, we will be back!
