The size of the pool is amazing. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. This is our hotel of choice in Panama city. Great valet service and front desk workers. Easy to stay here.

This property has NOT been renovated for probably 15 to 20 years but “five stars” signage is still there ! The staff try to keep it clean but the hotel needs renovation . It is now a 3 star hotel since the building infrastructure, furnitures , bed sheets, mattresses , towels are too old now . The pool is nice and big with bar access but its cleaning system is not optimal. The breakfast is a 3 star hotel breakfast in terms of choices and food quality. The food choices are exactly the same everyday . The rooms are spacious to the North American standard. Free valet and self parking are available. The hotel is located in the centre of the Panama City . Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Taxi and Metro are inexpensive and nearby by walk .

I didn’t like my room because from my arrival I notice that the toilet leaks there were no washcloths for two people’s no services for cleaning, no welcome packages and I was locked out the room for almost 20 minutes because the keys card wasn’t working and they need a lock mixed for repairs. So I’m not to Happy with this staid this vacation at this property. And I paid over $1000 and not receiving a good services at all .

An excellent choice to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. It was unforgettable and truly enjoyable 12 day stay. Las Molas was an amazing restaurant and Maira was the best waitress everyday! Orlando, the night bartender at Bonsai Bar was always attentive and provided superior service. The you to all the El Panama staff!

Very dirty the mattress has a sink in it the furniture extremely dirty the face basin was extremely dirty. The shower had here in it on the floor on the walls, the towels were dirty the window dirty. Flies on the corridor, die four days no one cleaned it I will not go back

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and I received room service everyday! The hotel is like 3 minutes walk from the metro/train station and a number of restaurants. On my next travel I will be staying here again. The only thing is that the pool shuts off at 8PM and that is around the time I returned from the mall so I didn’t get a chance to go into the pool.

Rooms are in major need of repairs, no working safe boxes, damaged tiles, bathtub obviously painted with brush, roaches in the room. Also unsafe water leaks from the ceiling in the buffet area, the pool and the gym are also in poor conditions.

Hotel Panama is in the center of Panama making is easy to reach shopping and dining locations. The metro is a few meters from the hotel.

Hotel needs updating. A/C kept room cool but not cold. Door hasp was broken inside. Breakfast and pool excellent. It was a little difficult to find , it’s behind another hotel.

Excelentes facilidades y ubicación. Dólo tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado del cuarto. Lo reprté en varias ocasiones durante la semana de mi estadía. Casi al final me ofrecieron otra habitación, pero decidí no cambiar porque la ubicación era perfecta ya que desde el balcón se veía la piscina.
